The resort is breathtaking.
Turquoise waves stretch out beyond the shore, the scent of salt and luxury clinging to the air. I'm here on a brand shoot—one of the most high-end perfume contracts I've ever signed. It's a massive deal, the kind that cements careers. Every image captured today will be plastered across billboards in every major city in the world.
But right now, all I want is rest.
The shoot ran late, the heat was relentless, and my feet ache from too many hours standing barefoot in the sand pretending to look effortless. Now that we've wrapped, I have one more night to breathe before flying back tomorrow.
The sun has just begun to dip below the horizon, casting everything in gold and lavender. A soft breeze plays through palm fronds, and soft laughter echoes from nearby as couples wander along the beach.
It's… peaceful.
