The Night was a tempest of relentless torrents that wept across the land.
"It's quite the downpour, isn't it?" A burly voice bellowed from underneath the rain that fell in sheets.
The sky was a deep, swirling gray, accompanied by the occasional flash of lightning. It rained and rained, lashed relentlessly, eroding into many tiny river bends across the ground.
What a breathtaking night.
The damp wet figure underneath the torrent, slowly tilted his head upwards with a smile that spoke volumes.
Let there be light–

The lightning illuminated the gothic architectural towering above. The structure was quite impressive.
This was a Cathedral.
Gargoyles perched on the edges of buildings, their stony faces seeming to watch the unfolding drama with silent judgment.
