Shugo's eyes glinted like fragments of obsidian, his expression a mask of cold calculation.
POISON.
His mind danced through a labyrinth of toxins and their antidotes over and over again. Something clicked in his mind finally. And with strict precision, he swept his gaze towards the grounds, no one disturbing his work.
"There!" He exclaimed, pointing at the freakishly mutilated leaves that surrounded the many explosive pits of bubbling dark tar.
That? Why don't they believe it? Everyone was taken aback, recoiling instinctively.
The black leaves exuded an aura of decay that made their bellies tangle unnaturally. Its black giant petals looked like peeling, MOIST, rotting flesh that has been charred.
The Veiny surfaces of these leaves glistened that torn flesh, throbbing in and out as though breathing.
