"Future issues?" he echoed. "The only issue I see is the division you create by speaking this way. The achievements of management are built on the backs of employees. This year, senior executives earned bonuses 15 times higher than entry-level staff. If you doubt the system, you doubt my leadership."

"Chairman! That's not our intent!"

"Enough!" he said, his voice rising. "My goal is simple: to foster unity. Every employee must feel they share in Jinhan's growth. If that means paying bonuses tenfold, so be it."

The room fell silent.

To many, this approach seemed alien. In an era where incentives were often seen as tools to manipulate, the chairman's vision of shared success was radical. But he had his reasons.
