It took a lot to get the Alphas to leave.
They had dinner where they told Alyssa, Rae, and Rebecca about what Helena had been doing while at Sunfire City.
Helena swore if she didn't have her son in her arms she would have thrown something at the alphas.
When they finally left Alyssa insisted on taking care of Ronan.
Helena didn't even bother to argue with her mom since the former Luna had the don't you dare challenge me look on her face.
Finally, after a long and excruciating day, Helena collapsed on her couch, cradling a bucket of popcorn.
"As much as I want to tell mom that I can take care of Ronan, I'm glad she's here to help," Helena said, letting out a breath of relief as Rae and Rebecca joined her in the family room.
Helena then stretched out her arms to Rebecca who came running and gave her a tight hug.
"Damn little wolf, I missed you," she said as she kissed the top of her sister's head. "I'm sorry I wasn't able to spend a lot of time with you when I was home."
