Since a week had passed, they finally decided to return to the Southern Duke's residence to question his decision. They still needed him to set up a base and train the troops as soon as possible because they were sure that Darco was currently planning something to destroy them as well.
So before anything happened they had to quickly build defenses without anyone knowing about it. And when that time came, they had the troops to defend their position and perhaps eventually achieve their goal.
"So what's your decision? It's been more than a week since we came here. If you don't want to give it to us, we're fine with that. But at least we can end this discussion on a good note," Seraphine asked.
Theodore sat down opposite Seraphine, then looked at her. "I'd like to ask a few things first before actually giving my decision."
