"Noo" I screamed as I kicked my blankets away.
Why did I say that? I thought to myself and kicked the blankets again.
I calmed down and tried to remember her reaction to my question, I tried replaying her expression but nooo….all I remembered was her back.
Why did she walk away?
Did I say something wrong?
Was my apology not accepted?
I threw my blankets away and stood up from the bed, walked out of my room to the bar stand.
I poured myself a glass of wine, maybe I would forget the event that happened today.

What was I expecting? I treated her like she was worthless, then I had the audacity to ask if she would allow me to love her.
