Then Bella said, "At least I can enjoy matooke." Then Bella said, "We are going to have a delicious meal for lunch." Jr's mother was looking at her in the kitchen with the girls looking holding her hands.
Bella prepared goat's meat, cutting it into small pieces, then putting the pan on the oven stove, lighting it up, and pouring some little cooking oil. After some seconds, she put chopped meat in the saucepan, added some little salt and covered to simmer.
She started to cut onions, tomatoes, and some green peppers, and also sliced ½ cabbage. When the water in the meat dried, remaining oil only, Bella started using a wooden mingling small stick to change the meat.
Then she added onions and changed the meat until the meat was dry turning brown with onions. She then added cabbage, tomatoes, and green pepper and kept changing so that it doesn't burn.
She covered it and kept changing until the cabbage and tomatoes were soft and ready. Then she added some water and little salt and covered the sauce.
Then she started cutting the edges of bananas, washed them, placed them in a saucepan, covered it, then also boiled some water, and added maize corn flour and started mingling until it was soft and sticky.
She continued mingling for more minutes to make sure it is ready. They mingle it like Kenyans and Nigerians fufu.
Then Bella said, "Mom, can you call Dad and Jr for lunch?" Mrs. Hampton was surprised, eyes open seeing how Bella was cooking and what she was cooking and said, "On it."
Bella said, "Vivian, help me to peel some avocados," and also asked Mrs. White to help her to set the dining.
Then she started preparing hibiscus juice. Jr's mother said, "Let me call them." She excused herself and went to call her husband and son.
"Hey, how is work?" Jr, on the phone, said, "Not bad, I'm here with Dad discussing some businesses." Then Jr's mother said, "Bella asked me to call you for lunch, come quickly because it is ready."
Jr, in her thought, said, "What's new today?" and was excited. Then said, "Mom, we are coming right away." She said, "You'd better hurry before the food gets cold," and she hung up.
Mrs. Hampton went back to the kitchen. Jr said, "Dad, they need us home for lunch." Jr's father said, "What are we waiting for, unless you want your mother to bring here the whole convoy?" Jr laughed and prepared to leave.
