"I'm Ammie Williams! A-M-M-I-E! I hope we all get along!" She said and smiled.
"Sit down with Cassie!" Mr. Graig, their homeroom teacher directed.
Ammie was having a hard time, as she sees what'll happen to Mr. Graig's wife, but she can't talk.
She saw His wife in a pool of blood at their apartment, without anyone to help her. She was in labour, so she lost much blood and later gave up the ghost with the child.
"So terrific!" She muttered to herself as she goes to her sit.
"Such a way to start a new beginning, I have to do something about it. Two lives are on the line." She said to herself.
"It's like you have a lot on your mind, new girl!" Cassie, Ammie's seatmate said to her.
"Um! Actually!" She stared at her, pondering wether to tell her or not.
"Mr. Graig has a pregnant wife right!" Ammie asked Cassie.
"OMG! How do you know that!" Cassie asked in awe.
"I just know. I think he should check up on her!" Ammie said .
"Really!" Cassie gave her a questioning look.
"Buh he's in class!" Cassie added.
"Trust me, it's urgent. I don't actually know a way to tell him, maybe you can help!" Ammie requested.
"You're kinda weird! Ugh!"
"I'm only trusting you this time! I'll give it a shot!" Cassie replied.
"Thanks!"
"Do you have a question?" Mr. Graig asked the class.
Cassie immediately raised up her hand.
"Yes Cassie!"
"Mr. Graig! You didn't talk about your wife and baby today." Cassie said.
Mr. Graig is always fond of talking about his pregnant wife, and how he's so happy to become a father.
"Yeah! That's right!" Clair supported.
"We've missed our ex-history teacher. Can you please let us hear from her?" Cassie pleaded
Mr. Graig wife, was their former history teacher, but she stopped working as she got pregnant with her first child. She was loved by so many students.
"Not now!" Mr. Graig replied
"We really wanna talk to her today. We've missed her so much!" Cassie protested.
The other students also added their support.
Looking at the class in a uproar, He could not turn them down, so he gave in.
"Alright! I'll FaceTime her." He answered and called his wife.
"Honey! The kids wanna speak with you!" He said, as his wife answered the call.
"Miss Mia!" They shouted happily.
That was her name before she got married, so they got used to it already.
Ammie was so happy, at least she can save lives without them knowing her secret.
"How's the baby?"
"Is it kicking?"
"When are you due!"
They bombarded her with questions of sorts, out of their curiosity.
"One at a time!" She replied and smiled.
They were still on FaceTime when she screamed from the phone.
"My goodness! Is that the baby coming out!"
A student asked.
"Guys! I have to hurry, there's an emergency!" Mr.Graig said and hurriedly left the class.
The class was left in an uproar.
"Whoa!" Cassie covered her mouth, and looked at Ammie in a ghostly manner.
"How do you know this was gonna happen?" Cassie questioned her.
"Well! Um! Um! I'd rather keep it a secret!" Ammie replied.
"You're kinda unique! I like you! Can we be friends?" Cassie asked.
Ammie was shocked beyond any reasonable doubt. "Frei-ind-s!" She asked awestricken.
"Sure! Or don't you wanna be friends with me?" Cassie asked disappointed.
"No! I was just shocked." Ammie replied quickly.
This is the first time of hearing such. FRIEND!
"I'll like to be friends with you!" She replied happily.
"I'm Cassie Smith! I live far away from here, and my parents are out of the country. I'm the class president." Cassie introduced.
"Wow! Ammie Williams! I don't have much about me, but I don't used to have friends. You're my first friend." Ammie replied.
"For real!" Cassie exclaimed.
"Yep! There's a reason behind that. I hope you too won't leave me when you know the reason!" Ammie stated.
"I think I know the reason already!" Cassie replied.
"Really!" Ammie gave her a questioning look.
"You can see the future!" Cassie whispered to her.
Ammie's jaw dropped in disbelief.
"What the heck!" Ammie exclaimed.
"How do you know that!" She asked.
"I just know! I too have a secret." Cassie replied.
"You can read minds!" Ammie said before Cassie could say it.
"Whoa! You see. We click." Cassie said and smiled.
"So I'm not the only one that's special! I found someone like me!" Ammie said happily and hugged her.
"So, you can see the future?" Cassie asked.
"Not entirely. I can only see what'll happen in minutes or hours. I think I can't fully control my power!" Ammie replied.
"Your roommate is Clair right?" Cassie asked.
"Yup! She's nice." Ammie replied.
"She has a weird personality. She can be nice, sometimes and also be fierce another time. It's like she has different personalities."
"I think there are people like us." Cassie added.
"Yup! And we have to fish them out!" Ammie replied.
"Hi guys!" Clair walked up to them, and greeted.
"I can see you get along with each other."
"Hmn hmn! Cassie is now my friend, and you are too. We all can be friends." Ammie said to Clair.
"Well that's not a bad idea!" Clair replied.
