The man's name was Ling Lubbock aka "Murakami Yoichi" was a man of the cosmic. His name resounded the cosmic for Yoichi's brave and notorious deeds such as killing 95% of the population in his universe, stopping a great war between all universes, and being the oldest traveler of the epoch.
Yoichi was using "Akashic Records" the Ultimate Artifact a diary that he made ever since he was born into the cosmos as a compendium of all the things that happened in the past, future, and present.
All of the things, planets, universes, different civilizations across the cosmos, etc.
In one book.
(A/N: Basically, that book is Google as long as he wrote all the information about the thing. )
Yoichi could produce and duplicate all the things over the entire cosmos by asking the Akashic Records to make a replica or squeezing a blank piece of paper in the middle like a copy printer and Voila! by just crumpling the side that he wanted, it would pop out of his hand like it's a freshly picked tomato.
Lastly, Yoichi could track or heal anybody's information as long as the person's name was written inside the Akashic Records.
Location? No problem. Any diseases? It's cancer! What's your wife's current position? It's dog style and they are fucking with your best friend in Kiyotaka Onsen near the Land of Fire.

And the ones that he had right now were [Mortal] and [Lazy Martial Artist].
The [Mortal] template had its advantages and disadvantages when it comes to crucial situations and emergencies
In this template, Yoichi must do human things such as eating, sleeping, working, etc. It also had a curse called [Shepherd of the Innocent Lambs].
This curse would instantly unlock 0.01% of his true power for only 5 minutes when someone had nefarious intent in the wielder or if some innocent civilians were on the verge of getting attacked near him. It had a radius of 1 km, a town-sized radius.
When an innocent being died after getting his head chopped inside his radar, it would inflict back on Yoichi 150% compressed pain to a degree that any human would instantly pass out or become in a vegetative state.

But the advantage Yoichi had in this state was [Human Reality] and [Peak Mortal State].
In [Human Reality], Yoichi was the bane of all "supernatural" above humanity.
Yoichi could nullify any attacks that break human understanding in real life.
For example, A Shinobi attacked him with Fire Release, and Yoichi could just say " There are no people spitting fire in real life using Chakra. Heck, there's not even a Chakra in real life!"
This power had 3 stages, [Mortal Lock] One touch of him will turn anyone into their "human state" temporarily, [Mortal Barrier] The ability to coat himself with a barrier to nullify any "supernatural" attacks, And the [Mundane Domain] A white room domain that turns anyone inside "human" including him, the caster.

Disadvantages? Yoichi couldn't touch any kind of currency or else it would burn to ashes. Yoichi couldn't ride any transportation devices or else it would bring misfortune to him and his companions in the journey. Yoichi had a maximum lifespan of 40 in each rebirth he carried all along. Even if he tried to hide or escape death, once the clock went midnight on his 40th birthday, Yoichi's fate would kill him in any kind of circumstance regardless.
Yoichi called it [The Mortal Sins] and it works at any template that he operated.

Yoichi jotted down the information in his book, accurately pinning down the time by building an easy sundial. Stick and shadows.

Based on the information, Konoha Shinobi would be in his spot the first time it descended from the sky due to them, assuming that the meteorite was a big chunk of alien ore, putting it up on the research table.
"At least I'm not captured and being dissected by them so it's fine. For now, let's go north and see that huge tree. If I remember correctly, there was no big tree or a huge chunk of land on the northern part of Naruto world."

"Akashic, flip the page about telescopes. The bigger, the better."

Yoichi opened the book as the Akashic Records levitated in front of him and flipped the pages until it stopped at the desired page.
And then Yoichi ripped the page as the page transformed into a big ass telescope rivaling a cannon of a cosmic warship.
What he saw was a tall and imposing tree with its roots like hardwood. Trunk that went sky-high and a conspicuous small fruit at the top of the tree.
"That is indeed a God Tree! How amusing! Those tendril-like roots, a trunk thick like the thighs of a Cosmic Titan, and a teensy red fruit surrounded by luscious leaves. Let's go first on that tree and then let's find a town or a city."
"Akashic, absorb the telescope back and switch back to [Lazy Martial Artist] template fast!"

Akashic Records slowly ate the huge ass telescope, immediately transforming the telescope into a page and bringing it back to its right volume.
"Shit, I feel like doing nothing. Let's switch positions with a leaf near the fruit and then jot down all the characteristics. Ikuyo~"

Complaining a little bit about his lazy attribute, Yoichi clapped his hands and vanished right away, leaving a leaf that he switched positions with.

Landing safely on the ground, Yoichi stretched his body left and right, taunting the tree as the roots immediately launched multiple roots that were much thicker and faster, eagerly wanting Yoichi's flesh and energy as a great fertilizer, befitting his name.
