while we were walking I could see all the different shops and vendors
some already open others still in the process of opening
saf was looking around at all of this with a smile on her face
" nova when we get done with the guild we have to go shopping together " she said
I look around then back at saf
I didn't really have anything that I really needed.... except maybe that body suit
it couldn't hurt to look around while getting to see the city
" sure I may see something I might need " I say and saf smiles even further
" could this be counted as a date " I hear saf whispers to herself when she turned back to look at the shops
shaking my head I look back at the paper to see if we are going the right way
when we get stopped by a .... skypeian with light blue wings and a darker shade of blue hair and eyes
" My, my, my.....you two look absolutely adorable, would you two be willing to model a few of my cloths. Im a fashion designer and i run a gallery nearby. i need a few dark elves for my seasonal show and you two fit the bill perfectly "

I turn to stare at saf with a incredulous expression on my face
" Great, my name is aria. can I have you two come over a bit later when the shop open and my staff arrive " aria said giving up a blinding white smile full of teeth that seemed to reflect the morning sunlight
" sure we have something we need to do but this would be perfect for later " saf said and I couldn't standby any more
" WAIT, I I I don't think I'm comfortable with that. walking around in skimpy cloths in front of others is not my definition of a good time " I say trying to stop this from happening
aria looks over at me " the cloths I design are true clothing and it won't be in front of that many .... for now.
I just need you two today to just give me and my co-designersa presentation so see if we are on the right path
if you two are OK with more after that than we can put you two in the show. it's about 2 weeks away " she said and I could feel she was mad about me insulting her cloths

" come on nova, it will be a fun and we get to try on different great outfits. .. and I'm assuming we will get paid for our time... right Mrs aria " saf says and turned to aria
she chuckled and said " of course, I wouldn't just take time without making it worth it "

" fine, just the preview nothing more " I finally say after some time
saf is really pushing my comfort zone
but said dark elf just jumped around like she just won the lottery
" yes. yes. aria we will be by later on today make sure you're ready for us "
I can still see the laugh in arias eyes as she responded " of course I'll make she everything is together and ready.... say around noon " she looked up at the suns at the end before turning back
which I don't understand how she could tell the time looking up with Two suns in the sky ....

" I don't know how long our original objective will take .... but we'll try to make it " I say to aria and she nods at me
" that's fine, it can be around that time I just want a time slot fix to arrange everything on time.

it was two story and was a solid burgundy with gold and silver art works covering it with a big grandly designed wooden door
we watch her enter before I turn to saf

we starting again this time with saf in the lead trying to make me go faster but having to slow down to ask me which way to go
we eventually arrive in front of a building that was large
taking up almost a whole block by itself
it was also big ... about 5 stories from what I could tell but the floors where high and the length of made it seem bigger up close
it was built with different colored stones with pictures and symbols etched into it
over the big wooden double doors where the words 'TRADERS GUILD' written in gold on a wooden black plack
saf leads us up the short marble stairs leading to the front doors before opening one if them
inside i could tell a decent amount of money was spent on this place
the floor looked like it was made with different colored crystals
some whole shards others broken into bits or cracked like it was about to shatter
all paved smooth with a soft light glowing underneath it to reflect the different crystal colors, which was good as the lights were dimmed a bit low
the light reflected showed expensive looking furniture spread around a big reception area with big desks that were placed intermittently along a wall further in
the wall itself had different doors placed behind the clerks at the desks and towards one corner where a set of bigger doors
more than likely for big items brought in my traders
there was also stone sculptures and paints spread throughout
I couldn't see the higher floors but looking at this I knew they had to look expensive too
there was a few people already sitting down on some of the soft looking couches
we walk in and head to one of the receptionist.?

"hello, welcome to the traders guild. my name is suzako, what can I do for you two today ," suzako said once we were in front of her
" hello we are looking for information on the region and to she if we can buy a map " I say
suzako nods " yes I can have the information you want brought out.
I'm assuming you want information on the different cities and politics at this time, not all the other stuff judging from you wanting to buy maps as "information on the region" is a bit vague "
I blush a bit in embarrassment
" yes that's fine...do we wait here?" I ask as there was only one seat in front of the desk and I wouldn't be a di@k and take it leaving saf to stand
even though she was looking at me and the look chair as if she wanted me to sit down
" you can wait out the the reception area. I'll bring out the information, also it's 1 gold and 5 silvers for a map of the local area and one of the continent and political information" suzako said
I just nod and take out the money
saf looked as if she wanted to sat something
probably about the price, but we were in a upscale place of business. ....

suzako takes the money and place it somewhere under her desk
I could hear a locking noise before she stood up " I'll be back in a bit, if you'll excuse me " said before she turned, opened, and walk through the door behind her
as the door was open, I got a peek at what was inside
a long carpeted burgundy hallway with soft red light lining the wall before the door was closed
I look at saf
she looked at me, shrugged than turned and walked towards a love couch that had a different colored crystal table with golden legs in front of it
I slow looking at it ...then at saf who had just plopped down on it sinking at bit into it
" uugghh this couch is so soft, .... you have to try it nova " she said patting the space beside her
I look at her on the couch for a minute before mentally shrugging and walking over to sit next to her
with some in between of course
we sat in silence as we waited but both looking around
the people that where siting ranged from females in armor waiting in small groups to females with traveling cloaks sitting by themselves
but each had a certain air about them I couldn't really place
I don't have to think of it to long as suzako came back out soon with five different scrolls in her arms
" here you are, two of these scrolls are for you to keep as they are the maps you bought. the other three are the guilds copy and must be returned " suzako said as she placed and divided the the scrolls on the table
" the remaining scrolls are maps of the local region and of the continent, lastly the other is a overview of the current political atmosphere of the continent. please study them at your leasure " suzako says than leaves us to walk back towards her desk
I look down at the scrolls before opening one up
it was the scroll detailing recent events that pretained to different the kingdoms

the kingdom of dark elves are still facing steep taxes on import and export. there is also still a demand to know what happened to the former queen, as she was the one who led the the former kingdom to be the undeniable 1st place among the other rival kingdoms and was loved by many
the spirit race are not at open conflict with the dark elf kingdom,.. but it seems that small battles breakout with the winner taking back the losers as slaves

me and saf look over the scroll both looking shocked at some of the news
after going through the whole scroll I place it down and look at the next one
...it was the regional map
..
I could see about 3 cities without close distance to us with another city back down the road I came here on that was bigger that loaera and had small communities around it
the three close cities where down the road I seen the other carriages going down at the gate
the road split in two at a spot on the map before going in opposite directions
one going west and the other east
the one going east split again to head to the other close city
both those close city seem to share in resources and development with how close they are
I study the map closely with saf looking over my shoulder
finally we get to the last scroll and I see a bigger less detailed map but informative nonetheless
on it I see 6 big areas in different colors depicting the different kingdoms and their territories
there was a healthy dose of smaller areas with other colors as well those being smaller nations
I can see that someone placed a marker on the map to show where this cities traders guild was and I could see we were currently on the edge of the beast kin kingdom with the nature elf kingdom and spirit nation bordering both not far
the forest ... virility forest was part of a vast buffer zone between the two kingdoms and I out close to a border zone with three different powers
the dark elf kingdom was further north with the kingdoms bordering it being the skypeians and the other side ofvthe beast kin kingdom
the spirit nation being west of loaera towards a region with a forest bordering a sea
the border between the beast kingdom being not so far away
ok .... I might as well head that way after i leave this city to see if I can get in contact with my second mother....
but ... I'm a little worried
you know with her being a futa and all
I close scroll and place the other two in one of the inside pockets of my travel cloak then proceed to stand gathering the remaining three walking with them back to suzako
" here you go, thank you I really appreciate your help and wish you a happy rest of the day " I say setting the scrolls on her desk nodding my head in a bow before turning to walk to the front doors
" thank you and your welcome, if you need anything else feel free to stop by again " suzako called out to us as me and saf walked away
" well that was informative but know it's time for us to have fun " saf said as we reached the doors and walked out
it wasn't noon yet but with saf leading the way, we soon reached the commercial district of the city
saf was looking around trying to decide which shop to go to first
I just shake my head at her enthusiasm
letting her lead I just follow behind....
looking at her smile...
..and peeking at the way her pants clung to her nicely

I shake my head again turning back looking at her as she finally decided leading towards a building not far away
" nova let's go to this one first " saf said jumping up and down while speeding in that direction
"ok, ok no need to get so excited " I say smiling at bit letting her lead the way
