Chapter 62 - Jiraiya's Senjutsu - The Toad Sage's Fury

The ruined outskirts of the stadium were a scene of chaotic devastation. Jagged pieces of concrete and twisted metal littered the ground, a testament to the destructive power unleashed. The air was thick with dust and the lingering scent of burnt chakra, a grim reminder of the ongoing battle. Orochimaru, his serpentine eyes gleaming with malicious intent, stood amidst the ruins, his pale skin illuminated by the flickering light of the remaining stadium lamps.

Hashirama and Tobirama, their once vibrant forms now pale and lifeless, moved with an unnatural stiffness, their eyes devoid of emotion. They were mere puppets, their legendary power twisted and controlled by Orochimaru's malevolent will. Hashirama's wooden constructs, massive and imposing, slammed against Hiruzen and Jiraiya, while Tobirama's water-style attacks, swift and precise, cut through the air like razor-sharp blades.

"This is becoming tedious," Orochimaru hissed, his voice a sibilant whisper. "Such pathetic resistance."

Hashirama's wooden fists, massive and gnarled, slammed into the ground, creating shockwaves that sent Hiruzen and Jiraiya reeling. "We must eliminate them," his voice echoed, hollow and devoid of its former warmth.

Tobirama's water jets, sharp and powerful, sliced through the debris, aiming to cut down Jiraiya. "Do not underestimate us," he said, his voice cold and emotionless.

Hiruzen, his face etched with grim determination, struggled to defend against the relentless onslaught. "We won't fall here," he grunted, his voice strained. "Not while Konoha still stands."

Jiraiya, his brow furrowed in concentration, dodged a barrage of wooden spears, his eyes fixed on Orochimaru. "This is insane," he muttered, his voice laced with urgency. "I need Ma and Pa, but I can't focus on summoning them while fighting."

He turned to Hiruzen, his eyes pleading. "Sarutobi-sensei, I need you to buy me some time. I need to summon Ma and Pa, but I can't fight while doing it. Cover me!"

Hiruzen, understanding the urgency, nodded grimly. "I'll do what I can," he said, his voice firm.

"Summoning Jutsu, Enma!"

With a puff of smoke, Enma, the Monkey King, appeared, his massive form radiating an aura of power. "What is it, Hiruzen?" he asked, his voice a deep rumble.

"Assist me," Hiruzen commanded. "We must hold them off."

Hashirama's wooden constructs continued to attack, and Tobirama launched wave after wave of water jutsus. They tried to minimize the damage, but Orochimaru pushed them to attack with more force.

"This body… it feels so weak." Tobirama said, his voice echoing. "Even with my speed, it is hard to move properly."

"Indeed." Hashirama replied, his voice a hollow echo. "This is a fraction of my true power."

Jiraiya, his hands weaving intricate seals, focused his chakra. "Summoning Jutsu: Toad Elders!"

With a resounding poof, Fukasaku and Shima, the two great toad sages, appeared on his shoulders, their wise eyes scanning the battlefield. "Jiraiya boy," Fukasaku said, his voice a croaking rumble, "what is happening here?"

"We need to enter Sage Mode," Jiraiya replied, his voice urgent. "Please, help me."

Fukasaku and Shima nodded, their ancient eyes filled with determination. They began to gather natural energy, their bodies glowing with a faint, ethereal light. Jiraiya's form began to change, his eyes becoming toad-like, his nose elongating slightly. The air around him shimmered with raw power.

After few minutes...

"Sage Mode: Activated!" Jiraiya roared, his voice filled with newfound power.

He unleashed a massive wave of chakra, the force of it sending debris flying. Hiruzen, momentarily stunned, took a brief pause. Enma, his eyes wide with awe, turned to Hiruzen. "He's… incredible," he said, his voice hushed. "That's how strong your student is."

"Against who we are fighting is also my student.",said Hiruzen not with pride but sadness.

Hashirama, his wooden constructs crumbling under Jiraiya's power, thought to himself,'Even in this state, I can feel his power. If I could use Sage Mode, this would be different. This weak state isn't enough for activating sage mode. But it's probably for the best. I don't want to destroy Konoha.'

Jiraiya, Fukasaku, and Shima launched a coordinated assault, their combined Sage Mode techniques overwhelming Hashirama and Tobirama. Jiraiya unleashed a massive, Sage Mode enhanced Giant Rasengan, its swirling vortex of chakra tearing through the summoned Hokage's defenses.

Hashirama and Tobirama's Edo Tensei forms began to break apart, their bodies dissolving into dust. As they vanished, Hashirama and Tobirama smiled faintly. "It is good to know that Konoha still has Shinobi as strong as you, Jiraiya."

Orochimaru watched in disbelief, his eyes wide with a mixture of fear and fascination. "Impossible," he hissed, his voice laced with a strange mixture of awe and terror. "Senjutsu... Even an imperfect version is this powerful. I must dedicate more resources to understanding it. If Jiraiya's is this strong, how powerful was Hashirama's perfect Sage Mode?"

Jiraiya, Fukasaku, and Shima standing victorious, but the battle was far from over. Orochimaru, his eyes gleaming with a newfound obsession, prepared to unleash his next move.
