Chapter 17 - Crimson Farewell

They opened the news and saw every detail of the police. "Michael Harrington, the owner of the shop, Mich's Antique Shop, was missing and his shop has closed. 12 people and unknown entities were found dead in every area of the shop. 3 people still were missing including; Lorie Anderson, Jayce Tim Anderson and Michael Harrington. The families of the victims are speaking for justice to the shop who has killed many." Marie's eyes were filled with tears upon hearing the news and she asked "Can we still find our children.."

Jay began to throw every piece of furniture he saw. He cried and begged God to reveal where they were. Marie teared up towards his action and blamed herself.

"This was my fault.. We shouldn't have gone to the restaurant.."

"You were the one who invited me! We got back on town and we got to see this! Our children? Missing?!" Jay yelled at her.

"But you wanted it! You wanted it! You fucking wanted it!" she pointed her fingers to him angrily. "You wanted to make a date night for both of us! Why are you only putting all these blame on me!?" she shouted.

Jay left the room— feeling mixed emotions of anger and guilt towards Marie and himself. He punched himself and ran towards the elevator. He pushed the button violently and once the door opened— it was his father, Leonardo Anderson II.

"Where. is. my. grandchildren!" His father shouted.

"I-I don't know.."

He pushed Jay towards the wall and grabbed his hair. "You hear me? Huh?" his grip has tightened more. "You have fucking failed! You raised a child! You can't even protect him from danger! You're a stupid fucking father!" Leonardo's eyes have been filled with tears as he said that. Jay also felt the same anger and guilt like his father but he had no choice.

"We don't have a choice.." Jay replied softly.

"There is a choice! You had a choice!" He released his grip from Jay's hair as he looked downwards. Tears fell to the floor and his father kneeled down. "I didn't raise you like this son.. Please.. I never fucking raised no worthless son! I never have raised a fucking careless son!"

"I'm sorry, Father. I have failed you but please. Let it go.."

"That's my grandchild! You are the father and you don't care about it?!"

"I care about my children! This was an accident. This was just something— like an accident." Jay talked back to him.

"What is an accident supposed to do in being a careless father?! What?! Answer me, fuckface!" His father roared at him.

The elevator's door suddenly opened. There was an army of black figures— walking towards their room. There were like 6 of them aligned perfectly.

"M-Marie..!" Jay tried to shout but he began to soften.

"Son! Wake up!" Leonardo slapped his son's face and woke up from reality.

The black figures went towards them and grabbed them. They tied them both with a metal wire. His wife, Marie, got out of the room. She was being pushed on a chair by the figures. She was tied up and only can move his eyes.

"Watch this perfect movie, dedicated to you by the Guardians of the Mich."

Marie was bitten by the figure from head to toe. She was screaming loudly and pleaded to them but nothing worked.

Jay was screaming very loudly towards her and screeched. "No! Please! No!" he begged and begged but they still continued. His face turned red while screaming.

His father was also tearing up from his son's screams. He thought that his son was really a loveable person who cares.

The black figure stopped biting and just stood in front of them. They were looking directly at them both with pure satisfaction.

"The curse has ended, because of your wife. I must also tell you something very important. Lorie has been turned into an entity and Tim is buried somewhere. I helped you, for you have succeeded in killing one of your biggest mistakes."

The black figures vanished. The ropes that tied them have seemed to disappear. Jay ran towards her dead wife's body. He screamed in rage at what happened to her wife.

"Fuck you, assholes! Fuck you!" He vociferated with anger.

"Son, stop. Son! Stop!" His father yelled but Jay continuously yelled everything.

"Do not tell me to stop!"

"I am trying to-"

"Do not! Tell me what to fucking to do with my life!"

"And you! You do not want to talk with your father like that. I have raised you! I have fed you! I did everything for you!"

Jay ran towards the door and a cold breeze of air touched his body. His plans have changed. "I forgot that I had another plan incase of an emergency." He told himself and chuckled.

Leonardo felt something weird about his son's attitude after the death of his wife. He became more furious, violent and disrespectful.

Jay went to the kitchen and opened the cabinet— he broke every single thing he saw. And there it was, he found what he was finding. He has been keeping this thing for a perfect time. It was a button.

His father saw him holding the button and asked "What's that button for?" and Jay immediately went out of the kitchen. Leonardo chased him to the front door while his son wasn't in order. He tried speaking to him but it was not working. It was like he was possessed by a demon after that.

Jay closed the door and locked his father inside the room. His face looked distorted and eyes were glowing red. "I. am. sorry. Father." he told hm while Leonardo was looking at the peephole from the door.

'Let me out!" His father shouted and banged the door. He tried his hardest but he didn't succeed. He looked at the peephole again and his son was not there anymore. Jay is walking to the elevator with tears in his eyes. As he entered the elevator, he pressed the button on his hands.

Meanwhile, Leonardo is still trying to break the door. There was a light behind him when he looked at it. He thought it was an angel landing in his son's room but it was just an explosion full of fire. Objects all around him flew away and the room exploded. His body decapitated and all of his other parts just went flying everywhere.

Jay landed on the ground floor and staffs of the hotel went inside the elevator hurriedly. All of them were shouting "Emergency!" "Explosion on the 10th Floor!" "Fire!" "Bomb Detected".

He didn't mind all of the panic inside the hotel, instead, he walked outside the room with confidence and bravery in himself. He sighed and said "I can finally live my life." He crossed the road with his arms swinging as he was walking. He danced uncontrollably and a truck drove by— it was speeding. He still danced and danced until he was dragged by that specific truck.

All the people gathered around the truck and helped the young man that was dragged. His body was broken— limbs to limbs. His head was cutted off and fingers were missing. His brain showed up in his head from the impact. The residents screamed out of terror after they saw the body.

Lorie was in the windows of a hotel nearby and looking at the incident. She laughed and continued reading a book. "Goodbye Father" she whispered to herself and panted.

"A traitor will always be a traitor." Lorie added and closed the windows from the hotel.

"Breakfast is ready sweetie!" a voice of a lady called from the kitchen.

"Coming!" Lorie shouted.

Missy Tuff's interview in Roberto's Incidents Show ended on live television— she told everything she knew about the Lorie Incident back in 1949. She was very happy to share everything and the lights in the building suddenly went out.

"What the fuck?"
