Chapter 51 - Historical Alliances: Forging a New Network

After the revelations and the emotional journey through the underground complex, they turned to the pressing matter of their next steps.

Varun, with a quiet confidence, took the lead in outlining their immediate plans.

He proposed the establishment of a weapons and ammunition production line.

He unveiled a detailed blueprint, illustrating the structure of metal casting and molding processes.

These were fundamental techniques for shaping metal to their specifications.

While Varun possessed a hidden 3D printer, its operation required a constant supply of metal powder and uninterrupted electricity, resources currently unavailable.

Therefore, he opted for the more practical approach of metal casting and the construction of automated production line components, which would significantly accelerate the manufacturing of metallic products.

He nodded to Narayan, who promptly summoned the blacksmith.

Upon examining the blueprint, the blacksmith was visibly astonished, yet his eyes gleamed with excitement.

He, along with his son and apprentices, were eager to contribute to this unprecedented project.

Before departing, he informed them that he would require a team of 30-40 laborers. Under his and his apprentices' supervision, they could complete the production line components within five days, working in shifts.

With the weapons production plan set in motion,

their attention shifted to the creation of a clandestine intelligence network.

Varun explained that once the production line was operational,

they could manufacture modified walkie-talkies in bulk, ensuring seamless communication.

However, building a reliable secret organization required a more intricate strategy.

He posed a critical question to the group: 'Where can we find individuals of unwavering loyalty, capable of operating undercover and executing delicate, secret missions?

Veer Savarkar, who had remained silent, absorbing the gravity of their situation, finally spoke.

'Before my arrest in 1910, I led a group called the Abhinav Bharat Society,' he began, his voice resonant with history.

'We were akin to Bose, prepared to fight the British with arms and any means necessary.'

'However, after my imprisonment, the society was disbanded.'

'It seems the time has come to revive it.'

'While we did not specialize in intelligence gathering, we were adept at acquiring information through… unconventional methods. 'He paused, his gaze sweeping across the room.

'Furthermore, I recommend we establish contact with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA).'

'Though the HSRA has been inactive since 1930, its core members, the 'friends of Bhagat Singh,' are currently involved in the leftist movement.'

'We must approach them. And, as you have already planned, we must also reach out to the Indian National Army.

Following this strategic decision, Varun outlined a plan for immediate action.

'Veer ji,' he began, addressing Savarkar, 'I propose you travel to Delhi and convene with the current Hindu Mahasabha president.'

'Through them, we can establish contact with the RSS and the remaining members of the HSRA.'

'Narayan ji,' he continued, turning to Savarkar's brother, 'you will meet with the former leaders and members of the Abhinav Bharat Society, invoking Veer ji's name and authority.'

'And I,' Varun concluded, 'will personally travel to meet with the Indian National Army.'

After outlining their respective assignments, they exchanged determined glances, a silent acknowledgment of the perilous path ahead.

Then, with a unified voice, they hailed, 'Har Har Mahadev!'

And with that resounding declaration, they each embarked on their separate missions, venturing into the shadows to execute their carefully laid plans.
