Chapter 67 - The Path to Victory: Varun's Final Orders

Varun continued, his voice resonating with a sense of urgency.

'This is the strategy to mobilize the masses, to amplify the voices of the common people against the tyranny of the British and their local collaborators. But now, we must plan the execution of these three objectives.

'For those we seek to arm,' he explained, 'we must offer assurances.'

'We must promise them that in the event of their sacrifice, their families will be provided for, supported by every organization involved in this cause, especially the INA.'

He paused, his gaze resting on Lieutenant Dev Choudhury. 'Although the INA will not bear the financial burden of these promises,' he clarified,

'I will personally ensure their fulfillment.'

'As I possess vast resources, assets that are currently dormant, and I believe they are best invested in this noble endeavor.'

He then outlined the plan for family support.

'We must appeal to them, assuring them that their families will be cared for while they fight on the front lines.'

'This is where the RSS will play a crucial role. We need you to identify and organize groups of 30 dedicated Karsevaks.'

'Each team of 15 will be assigned to a village from which a soldier has enlisted, providing direct support to the families left behind.'

A collective gasp rippled through the room.

The sheer scale of Varun's plan, the immense resources he was willing to commit, was staggering.

It spoke volumes of his unwavering determination and his absolute commitment to the cause of freedom.

They were awestruck by his audacity, his willingness to gamble everything on this grand vision.

-------------------------------

Varun continued, outlining the logistical framework for his ambitious plan. 'To make this a reality,'

he stated, 'we need a unified effort from all our organizations. We must deploy teams of 15, each led by a local coordinator each, to every village from which a soldier joins our ranks.'

'At the district level, we will appoint mid-level leaders each, to oversee and synchronize the activities of these village teams.'

'And at the state level, senior leaders will command and monitor the overall situation within their respective regions.'

He paused, anticipating their next question. 'How will we facilitate communication on such a vast scale?' he asked rhetorically. 'That is where our intelligence network comes into play.'

Varun then detailed his strategy for recruiting intelligence operatives. 'We will appeal to the marginalized,' he announced, 'the lower castes,'

'the tribal communities, those shunned by society. Their participation in our struggle will not only contribute to our victory but also foster harmony and unity in the future.'

'We will equip each of them with a walkie-talkie.'

'Given their 50-kilometer range for strong signals, we will strategically place them at 50-kilometer intervals, creating a comprehensive intelligence grid.'

'This will allow operatives to report events within their assigned areas from the safety of their homes, relaying information to their superiors who will compile detailed reports.'

He then explained the prioritization system. 'To manage the flow of information, we will implement a tiered system.'

'Each report will be assigned a level, from 1 to 5, based on its importance and urgency.'

'Level 1 will represent low-priority information, while Level 5 will signify critical, time-sensitive intelligence.'

As Varun concluded, a profound sense of agreement settled over the group. They were deeply impressed by his foresight, his ability to not only invent and innovate but also to strategize and plan on such a grand scale.

Varun then turned his attention to the practical implementation of his plan. 'For the first objective,' he said, addressing Lieutenant Dev Choudhury and his team, 'we will require your expertise.'

'Your experience in warfare and frontline coordination is invaluable. You will oversee the implementation and scaling of this strategy, ensuring its effectiveness.'

Lieutenant Dev Choudhury nodded in affirmation, his expression resolute. 'We are ready to serve,' he confirmed.

Varun continued, outlining the recruitment of intelligence operatives. 'To appeal to our brothers and sisters from the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes,'

he explained, 'we need the assistance of those with strong connections within these communities. And that is the Scheduled Castes Federation.'

A collective nod of understanding rippled through the room. They recognized the significance of this alliance.

Baba Saheb Ambedkar, their leader, held immense sway over these communities.

'I will personally meet with Baba Saheb,' Varun stated, 'and the rest will be left to you.'

Finally, Varun addressed the crucial matter of political support. 'For the mass uprisings,' he declared, 'we must approach the Indian National Congress, the largest political party in India.,

'if not having gandhi ji's support would be enough.'

'And if possible, we should also engage with regional parties to secure support at the grassroots level.'

'This responsibility will fall to Veer ji, the comrades of Bhagat Singh ji, and the RSS leaders, with Hedgewar ji leading the charge.'

'Lieutenant Dev Choudhury will temporarily oversee the security of this base while we are engaged in these endeavors.'

--------------------------------------------------

A moment of contemplative silence followed Varun's detailed plan.

Then, a collective nod of affirmation rippled through the room.

They recognized the strategic brilliance of his approach, the meticulous planning, and the potential for achieving their goals.

Varun continued, his voice resonating with purpose.

'Next,' he announced, 'I will personally lead a team of skilled blacksmiths and engineers to scale our production capabilities tenfold.'

'To achieve this, we must expand our underground facilities.'

'We will need to construct three to five additional bases in strategic locations near the Bombay ports.'

'These bases must be interconnected through a network of tunnels, minimizing our reliance on surface travel and streamlining our operations.'

'I entrust this task to Narayan ji and his associates, as they possess the expertise and experience necessary to construct these facilities, having already built this very base.'

He paused, his gaze sweeping across the assembled group.

'This will be a monumental undertaking, but with your combined efforts, we will achieve our objectives and pave the way for a free and independent India.'

A collective sense of resolve settled over the assembled group.

They understood the immense weight of the tasks before them, yet they were undeterred.

The liberation of their country was at stake, and they were willing to bear any burden.

Varun continued, outlining his next strategic move. 'We also need to establish a shipyard port,' he announced.

'I have identified a suitable location in Orissa, a fishing village called Dhamra in the Bhadrak district.'

'Its strategic location, far from the British navy but close to Burma and the northeastern states, makes it ideal for our final confrontation with the British.'

Lieutenant Dev Choudhury and his team responded with enthusiasm. 'Excellent!' Choudhury exclaimed.'

'With our own port at Dhamra, we can wage a two-pronged war against the British, one from Burma and the other from Orissa.'

'If possible, we can landlock them, and at the very least, we can severely disrupt their supply lines, which they rely on ships to transport.'

Varun nodded in agreement. 'Precisely. We will need to recruit skilled blacksmiths and engineers from all available sources and send them to Dhamra for the construction of the shipyard.'

'Secure the necessary permissions from the local authorities, and be prepared to offer financial incentives if needed.'

'I have the port blueprint ready, which shows how to approach each step, giving even a nomral person the indea as to how to build it.'

'So you all need to safeguard this blueprint.

'And we would need large number of labours in construction the port.'

'So its better to first isolateate the district , cut off its connection from the rest government and outer sources, while also deplyoing oour intelligence personll to monitor and disrupt news of these from excaping.'

'We must also enlist the support of the local fishermen, assuring them that the port will be open to them for their use, except during wartime, and provide them with financial assistance.'

Varun paused, his gaze sweeping across the room. 'These are our immediate objectives.'

'From tomorrow, each of you will embark on your respective tasks. I will personally travel to meet with Baba Saheb. The rest is in your capable hands.'

-------------------------------------------------

As Varun turned to leave the hall, he paused, a final thought occurring to him.

'One last thing,' he added. 'It is imperative that our intelligence network, armed forces, and popular uprisings are strongest in the northeastern states. That region will be the decisive theater of war.'

'Securing control there will guarantee our victory.'

'And after handling the objective at hand, i might not meet you for a month, so the production of the weapons, the scaling the 5 secret hidouts and the port construction shoudl not be stopped.'

'Use all the manpower and labour at hand to built them within a month , while giving the port the most priority.'

'It woud be better to recruit the whole dhamra villagers for the labout.'

'Then we will have a huge numebr of labour force, as that would also increase their finance, while also giving the unemployed a job'.

and after saying this. There was a strong echo of "Bharat Mata ki Jai.... " and "Har Har Mahadev" vibrating the whole undergroudn hidout with its echo.
