Chapter 1 - Prologue

Mythological Introduction

In those times, the world was not yet shaped; there was a void between the fine line of darkness and light. When the god "Aetheris," at the height of his power, began the creation of the universe, the first being was born. Its name was Vesryn. Vesryn was a being that harbored the power of darkness, ruling over both the earth and the sky. Aetheris had taught him the meaning of life and granted him the authority to reign. However, Vesryn, unaware of the limits of his power, declared the world as his own. He sought to create his own people and spread his will.

Aetheris began to have doubts about this first creation. His power, greatness, and ambition were so vast that Aetheris could not accept Vesryn ruling the world he had created. The suspicion towards Vesryn grew. Aetheris decided to create another being, one that would be different enough to oppose Vesryn's power, but full of hope for humanity, to exist in the world and restore balance.

And thus, humanity was born. Aetheris shaped the world for humankind, giving them everything from the highest mountains to the deepest oceans. When Vesryn encountered this being, he was consumed by deep anger. He could not accept that another being could be created by someone else. He believed Aetheris had betrayed him. Humans were the opposite of his power, and this was something he could never accept.

However, Aetheris placed humans at the center of the world and exiled Vesryn to another dimension with his own will. Vesryn's fury grew stronger with each passing moment. Aetheris had not kept his promise, and they would all pay the price for it. Vesryn swore: One day, humankind would be destroyed. Aetheris had not only created humanity but had also granted them power. Yet, despite Aetheris' infinite might, this power was directed to defend humankind.

Vesryn, in his anger, incited his own race against humans. Aetheris had to transfer a part of his power to humanity. However, this was not enough to withstand Vesryn's wrath. Humanity found itself a pawn in a game played by both Aetheris and the devil-god. And this game would lead to a great war. But neither Aetheris nor the devil could witness the end of this war...
