Upon breaking the seal and gaining control of the Nine Tails, Uchiha Naraku sensed something was amiss.
There was an anomaly present in this area.
A figure materialized before him. This was an attractive, blond man adorned with the cape of the Fourth Hokage.
"Namikaze Minato?"
Uchiha Naraku turned to greet him, as if they were acquaintances.
Namikaze Minato regarded the boy seriously while holding a cane.
"What a frightening eye power."
The crimson eyes and the unique symbol of Sharingan possessed intimidating pupil strength, making him somewhat hesitant to meet the boy's gaze.
There was no doubt it was Mangekyō Sharingan, and these eyes differed from those of Uchiha he had encountered previously.
Beside him, his child lay on the ground, enveloped in red chakra.
As for the Nine Tails, it had entirely transformed.
"An Uchiha boy? You shouldn't have any ties to that individual, correct?"
"What are you doing?"
He had sensed the release of the seal and aimed to intervene immediately. However, noticing Uchiha Naraku's capabilities, he concealed himself temporarily and sought an opportunity for a surprise attack.
'Ultimately, I still underestimated it. This Uchiha boy appeared to be aware of my presence, and he was far from lethargic even in this realm.'
He was prepared to engage in combat the moment he materialized.
"Isn't it evident? Clearly, I triggered the Nine Tails' rampage, just like that other individual did a few years ago."
Uchiha Naraku extended his arms, showing no hint of fear in the face of the Fourth Hokage, his grin still emanating malevolence.
And these straightforward words rendered this seemingly mild man aggressive.
"Are you connected to that individual? I won't permit you to succeed."
Namikaze Minato glared intensely at the distinct Mangekyō pattern and questioned his assumption.
"Does it really matter if I'm related to that individual? Regardless of whether it ties back to him or not, everyone already believes it's us. Since that's the case, how can we Uchiha continue to endure like fools? Wouldn't it be splendid to eliminate everyone's doubts and make this a reality?"
"As for your attempt to stop me? What can you do? You may not even have been able to thwart me if you were alive. What can you do now as a spirit?"
"The Nine Tails is presently under my control. Should I fail to manage it, it will slay your son."
"Namikaze Minato, you likely don't wish for your only child to perish in this way."
Uchiha Naraku laughed maniacally, and those words persisted in provoking Namikaze Minato.
"Additionally, what if you were to restrain the Nine Tails once more? Your son's body is currently under my control. Regardless of how many times, I can make the Nine Tails go into a frenzy and let your son perish. But how many times can you emerge?"
"What can you accomplish? You cannot guarantee anything."
"It would be best for you to work with me sincerely. After I take care of those old men like Sarutobi Hiruzen, I will allow your son to live a tranquil life in Konoha."
Namikaze Minato was extremely angry, yet upon hearing the final statement, he paused briefly.
The crimson eyes and insane remarks helped him regain his composure, and Uchiha Naraku's presence also jogged his memory.
"I seem to recall you, Uchiha Naraku, the prodigious boy from Uchiha during the Third World War. I never imagined it would play out like this."
"Empty vengeance will simply breed further hatred, which will not address the issue."
His appearance had altered somewhat, and there was clearly something amiss with his body.
"I truly did not expect to be remembered by the renowned Yellow Flash, the fastest man alive. No, it should now be regarded as the fastest man in the afterlife."
"I'm not as well-known as you, so there's no need for such courtesy. Regardless of how pleasant your words are, I will not relent on this matter."
"As for hatred, haha, if it arises, then simply eradicate everyone responsible for it. Annihilate Sarutobi Hiruzen and the others. If there are still ninja clans that wish to intervene, then eliminate them. If everyone in Konoha seeks to interfere, then destroy it all."
Namikaze Minato felt a profound weight even in death. 'I didn't anticipate that it had been only a few years and they had already arrived at this juncture.'
Such lethal confrontations are seldom seen even in grand ninja wars.
Minato remarked, "You are far too radical, and your beliefs will affect Konoha. Uchiha Naraku, there must be a misunderstanding you hold regarding the Third. I trust we can discuss it and find a path to reconciliation."
