As the house finally came into view, Suga noticed someone crouched near the gate from a distance. Zion seemed just as puzzled, he slowed the car, brows furrowing, and once they reached the entrance, both of them quietly let out a surprised, "Ah," at the same time.
The man, who had been sitting cross-legged on the ground, stood up. A security guard beside him looked completely worn out, as if he'd been dealing with the man for far too long.
"Stay inside. I'll be back," Zion said before stepping out and shutting the door behind him.
Suga flinched slightly as the car began moving on its own without a driver. It rolled smoothly forward and stopped safely in front of the garage.
Still seated, Suga rolled down the window to glance at the two men. He couldn't make out their conversation, but the shorter man—Marcus, looked like he was pleading persistently, while Zion kept brushing him off.
