Ess himself and the Colossus were evidence that stronger Utility Users could bear using two Utilities at the same time.
"You're done!" cried Fang from the distance. A dying golden glow could be seen over his outline. He had foreseen Ess' attack coming with the Utility he had just used and that was how he had avoided it. "Do you still wanna claim that you feel nothing even now, you Heathen brat? You bleed just like the rest of us!"
Ess did not grace the Clean Rider with a response.
Fang took it as him conceding defeat in some sense that he couldn't vocalize for fear or for shame.
