For Twist's sake, Ratchet took a look under the car's hood to see if the problem was something he could fix. His ownership of a large ratchet wasn't entirely misleading. He did know how to fix a thing or two.
But the V-Amp was one of those things. Slamming the hood shut, he gave a silent shake of the head and Twist began brooding. He hissed something about how Ratchet could have used his Utility, Absolute Stasis, to keep the V-Amp's condition from worsening, but he was outargued.
And indeed, the boy's mood turned darker after the decision to destroy the V-Amp rather than simply burying it, was made. T-96 outlined how necessary it was as a measure, now more than ever.
