In the thrilling silence, Doctor Klezy's lips trembled before he finally spoke, his eyes appearing vacant as if hypnotized.
"We... we were ordered to conduct experiments here... This is part of our grand plan, to resurrect the Lost Ruler." Doctor Klezy spoke softly, almost in a whisper. "This experiment is to create a perfect body for our Ruler... Though I'm not sure we can succeed..."
Orochimaru nodded, satisfied yet full of questions. "So, who is your Leader?" Orochimaru asked gently but with a deadly undertone.
Doctor Klezy was about to open his mouth when suddenly, he screamed in pain. Doctor Klezy's body trembled, twisting in a horrific manner, as if pulled by an invisible force. Doctor Klezy's scream echoed down the hallway, causing Viona, who stood beside him, to step back in fear.
"H-help! Help me!" Doctor Klezy extended his hand, pleading, but within seconds, his body twisted completely until it stopped moving in a horrific position.
Kisame sighed, clicking his tongue in admiration. "Well, it seems we have a mysterious enemy," Kisame said casually, though he couldn't hide the awe behind his rough laughter.
Itachi, with a cold gaze, merely muttered, "It seems our conversation cannot continue."
"Now, can you tell us who you are? What is your connection to this old man?" Orochimaru shifted, his eyes still glowing with excitement after witnessing Doctor Klezy's horrific demise.
"I... I am Viona, Doctor Klezy's creation," Viona answered calmly, her voice flat like undisturbed paper. "I was created to assist Doctor Klezy in completing various tasks, especially since Doctor Klezy did not have a strong body. So, Doctor Klezy created me to help in battles and other duties."
"A creation? You mean, you are a woman who is an artificial human?" Kisame stared at her in confusion, as if trying to gather logic from the explanation he had just heard.
"Yes, that is me," Viona nodded, as if confirming a very obvious fact.
"And how could Doctor Klezy end up twisted like this? Was that your doing?" Itachi asked in a calm yet sharp tone, carefully assessing the situation.
"No, that wasn't me. Everyone who joins the Organization of the Lost Ruler is cursed in such a way that they cannot reveal who the Leader of the Lost Ruler is." Viona explained slowly, choosing each word carefully.
"Then, if Doctor Klezy is dead, what will you do? Seek revenge?" Orochimaru asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity, as if waiting for a dramatic answer.
"No. I don't know. I am just following the orders given by Doctor Klezy," Viona replied, her expression remaining flat, as if unaffected by the horrific situation.
"But now Doctor Klezy is gone. What will happen to you?" Orochimaru pressed again, wanting to understand the direction Viona would take.
"I... I don't know..." Viona said in a confused tone, as if just realizing how fragile her position was at that moment.
"... Then, join me," Orochimaru, seeing this opening, immediately made his offer, a hopeful smile spreading across his face.
"Why? Don't you want to eliminate me?" Viona asked, her gaze full of confusion, as if contemplating an unusual scenario.
"Your body looks strong enough. I want you to join me," Orochimaru stated his desire firmly, looking at Viona with shining eyes.
"... My body? Does that mean I also have to serve you with my body?" Viona asked again, her eyes sparkling with genuine confusion.
"Yes! You must serve me with that body of yours," Orochimaru replied, his calm voice adding to the strangeness of the situation.
"I understand... Please take care of me from now on, Master. I will ensure to serve you with my body as best as I can." Viona answered with a flat expression, as if the statement was part of her daily routine.
