Enrique's POV
I frowned when I realized that Arida isn't around. I was on patrol after dinner just to make sure that the king and queen's quarters are safe and heavily guarded. She's not inside her room in their barracks. I walked out and roamed around.
I saw Captain Alex; I approached him. "Captain Alex, have you seen my wife?" I questioned. He looks at me weirdly.
"I thought you knew that she leaves? I saw her riding her horse two minutes ago. I asked where she's going; she said that the general asked her to do something," he explains.
"I didn't know actually. Which direction does she go? I'll follow her. I'll help her with her task. She's pregnant and needs to be careful," I remarked.
"There," he pointed to the east.
I tap his shoulder and leave. I went to the stable and got on my horse's back. "Hyahh!" I roared.
