The room was lavishly decorated, furnished with modern amenities that far surpassed anything Vikram had ever experienced. It was, in fact, larger than the entire house of his childhood friend, Arya Roy.
A middle-aged woman entered the room and introduced herself with a respectful bow. "I am Kanta, the chief housekeeper of Rajput Palace. If you need anything, simply use the call buttons placed in different corners of the room. We are at your service, young master."
