I felt a violent shock before my body finally fell to the ground with a thud. Hundreds or even thousands of Alpha Chris's troops and I experienced the same thing, and it certainly stunned me; then I got up and looked for Lex's whereabouts.
I called his name repeatedly, but there was no answer until I heard a shout in the distance; when I found out where it was coming from, I saw Lex and Ray fighting using their respective powers.
This wasn't good! Lex didn't have as much power as Ray when it came to magic, so he was easily hit by what I guess was a powerful attack, while Lex's reply to Ray seemed to be nothing.
What was going on? For all I knew, Lex was the strongest vampire, so when he fought Uncle Ray, who was one of the strongest alphas, he could keep up and almost win. Now, he was about to fall to the power of Ray, the sex monster.
