Synopsis
Have you ever felt like a main character has to much plot armor? Have you ever thought that some unfair and truly stupid happened to the main character to make it less 'realistic'? Then this is the book for you! In this book I will be rolling dnd characters and completely randomize them. That being their race, class and nature will all be made via a dice and thrown into the world of danmachi. Want to bargain for a price? Roll a persuasion check. Want to fight a monster? Roll to hit. Now what will happen if a character were to die in this story? I'll roll up a new character and try again. This is simply a test and see if a dnd character would be able to win danmachi, some things will become more balanced as I write and throw dice, but that's the fun in it. Have a suggestion? Leave it in a review or comment on a chapter! Forgot to mention- I don't own dnd or DunMachi and got the idea from a ff I read in the past. The author mention an idea of writing a ff based on a dice and wanted to try it out.

Chapter 1 - How will this novel work?

Since most people don't read the synopsis, I'll write what this novel is about here.

(For those who read Durvekka's story, I am letting everyone know that I deleted all the chapters of the previous attempt, as I lost all of her character data and lost motivation for it, this time that won't happen. For now I am creating the new character and making sure all data is saved at multiple places)

The "Main Character" will be completely rolled by dnd standards. This includes their stats, race, class and nature. Then I'll create a backstory that only I will know. Some races, classes and so on I find interesting will be added to the list to roll on.

From here on, everything is decided by fate itself. Will the character appear in Orario? A different city? encounter (x) familia? Everything that happens is rolled for and based on the character's personality.

Now what happens if the character's hp falls to 0? There are a lot possibilities. First, I'll start rolling the death saving throws, for those that don't know, once a player in dnd is at 0, they aren't dead yet, but rather just "dying", you will then roll a d20, under 10 is a fail, above a 10 is a success. On three successful rolls the character is stable and wont die and on three fails they die.

Do note that any damage taking while rolling death saves is an automatic fail and even if the character is stable, they can still perish from taking enough damage.

With that out of the way- I will also be rolling if people were to be around the character, hear any noises or stumble across them while rolling the saves etc. Depending on the area the character is in, the chances might be higher or lower (Example being, higher chance to find someone on the first floor than the 20th floor etc)

If a character is very loved, then I MIGHT continue their story by having them survive the encounter or be rescued, that is if it is possible in their situation(If they encounter a high level juggernaut the prob wont live).

I will be a lot more creative with magic, fighting styles etc than the dnd system allows, sometimes if an attack lands well then ill give the character another attack etc because this way it would feel more real and less turn based. Magic will also be used more creatively so that it feels more real and have more freedom, as an example, aoe spells' area can be shortened if needed but not grow larger unless they use something to do so(like sorcerer's metamagic or more mana/spell slots)

Now as for romance and harems, this book is purely intended to be an adventure, slice of life and action one depending on the character. Romance can always sprung up somewhere in the story, but it will almost always be pure romance and not harem.

P.S. I feel uncomfortable writing YURI(Female on Female or YAOI(Male on Male) So no matter the gender of the character, it will either be straight or no romance, I know there are non straight characters in DanMachi so they won't be changed.

How the Character ends up in DanMachi depends on their backstory and how well it fits. Some will be transported, some will be there from the start or wake up after eons of a deep sleep.

The start for each MC will be different for the most part so that it won't feel repetitive, but there the core elements of going to the dungeon might feel similar to a certain degree after a while, but ill try and fix that as I go.

The dnd x DanMachi stat system I have is not perfect so excalia gaining might be extremely fast or inconsistent at the start but slowly feel better, do note that the character will have a slight boost otherwise the MC will take years to get anything done.

Also they will all start off at a lvl 5 dnd class, but some might be a bit lower or a bit higher given the situation. The reason for this is because the exp gain is extremely quick for a lvl 1 to go to lvl 5 in the DanMachi world.

Falna levels are their own thing and still locked behind gods unless something happens that makes sense :3

This that said- The roll chapter will come out a bit later and the character's story will come out once I have enough chapters.
