"Another explosion shook the ground and the Sima Alchemist and Azmin moved forward as one as the Conglomerate's forces were pushed back a bit once more. The formation trembled both inside and out and runic circles and different magics flew about, seemingly randomly, yet hitting strategic targets.
The Conglomerate ranks wavered a bit as if they wanted to halt all action and end the conflict, but thought better of it.
The Ashan-White frowned looking at the ritual site. His alchemy was merely theoretical and he could bot perform any processes or rituals. Although he could not perform the ritual he knew how it should progress and he could tell that the ritual was either stalled or halted altogether.
He wanted to send more Alchemist into the fray but he did not want the ritual to weaken even further. Suddenly he began thinking about Adalin-Black's words and he turned pale.
