Clone Rachel stood at the far end of the room looking out of a window. Primary Rachel waited patiently. There was no rift they were simply use to communication through soul speech or even osmosis. Normally they knew what the other was thinking. It was innate and instantaneous.
"I am going to speak with Trannisa and then I will return to Prashon and explore the realm. Of course you know that if you need me you just need to pull me to your side."
"What of Ariel?"
"She has decided to stay with you with the hope of seeing an Alyanna and for a chance to help with Zala."
There was a pause as they both knew that the other still had things to say.
"I will carry your son. We are still so unclear on Zala's condition and you going to Crey with only Ziahan and the soul mates is pretty dangerous. Besides, we both sense that you will be creating clones again. It would not be an issue if you simply created a clone. Giving a bit of your soul was taxing for you when it was just me."
