Helena was out of bed too quickly two days later but she felt it. She felt a slight change in how the dimensions sounded next to each other.
Her dimensional magic was increasing faster than a wildfire during an extremely dry season. She understood more, she could handle more, she could correct, enhance, change, and intensify more.
And she was not sure if this was because of going to Kar or her continual usage of the magic.
She had to assume both.
Now she heard what someone else would deem a dimensional song. It was a resonance within the dimension but it was changed by the resonance of dimensions near it so you would get a harmonious or discordant sound.
You had to know the dimension to know which you would hear and a discordant dimensional song did not necessarily mean a bad thing.
Helena knew Myl, Kar, Crey, and Zala now. She knew their songs. She was just getting to know the song of Kre, Jan, Qual, and Nis. But she knew what she was hearing now was wrong.
