"When was the last time someone came here?" Isla muttered, waving her hand in front of her face to get rid of the cobwebs in front of her. "This place is just so dirty… and huge too". She traced her fingers across the wooden table close to the door, coating her fingers with a very thick layer of dust which only proved that no one has been here for a long time.
The library stretched in front of them, every corner of the room was lined with huge shelves which were stacked books that looked like they had been there for centuries. The only light source in the room was from the tiny windows close to the ceiling, casting eerie shadows that moved between each shelf.
Zade followed behind her leaving the door slightly open to avoid it from closing shut and leaving them trapped in there.
