Aurora was in shock. She knew she had been away for a very long time, long enough to create rumors, but she didn't know things would go this overboard.
I mean, who an earth spread a rumor so bold? Are they not scared?
"I'm afraid, I do not know what you mean, Lady Hanna." Aurora replied with a stiff expression, making Hanna look genuinely confused. "You are not? But His Majesty seemed to be preparing the Moonveil Palace for your return, everyone here knows it."
As she said that, she glanced at everyone around them for approval, and so did Aurora. She needed to know Hanna wasn't making up things.
Amalia rolled her eyes, Madeline opened her mouth and closed it again, Laira was still hiding, and Jenivive's jaw ticked from how hard she was gritting her teeth. Although none of them said anything about Hanna's words to prove them true or false, Aurora got a clear answer from their silence.
So, it is true. Aurora scoffed lightly, no one noticing. It was Tesarius after all.
