The long-awaited assembly had already started, but Aurora was still to show up. True, she was on her way to the throne room along with the other Concubine's, but she had asked them to go on without her, having had thought about something she missed before while investigating the rebel attack.
"So, it is him, isn't it, Your Highness?" Anne whispered to her as the two stood before the massive double doors leading to the throne room, waiting to be let in. Aurora said nothing in return, her eyes set on the front with whatever expression she had hidden behind her black mask. Shortly after, the doors were pushed open, and the guard outside announce their presence.
"Her Highness, Princess Aurora Evanov, sixth Concubine to Emperor Tesarius and Commander of the Women's Pavilion knights has arrived!"
