The wind whipped against her masked face, her hairs slapping her and sticking to her tear stained cheeks under her mask as she galloped as fast as she could with no real distance in mind. she didn't know where she was going, she told herself it was Rovamer, but deep down she knew she wasn't going there. That it was a fool's dream to think she'd be safe in there.
"AURORA!"
The voice from earlier screamed amid the howling wind, but Aurora heard him all too clearly. She turned around and glanced behind her, heart thumping violently when she realized who it was.
With his horse barely prepared for riding with no saddle and only the reigns, Edward clung onto ride for dear life, but not once looking away from her.
"AURORA, STOP!"
