Darco was furious when he heard the words of the second prince. The words from Diovana really made him unhappy especially when it sounded like Diovana was trying to rebel and reject that Darco was their father's successor as Emperor someday.
"Who do you think you are, daring to speak to me like that?! I am the ultimate successor of this Empire and I will be the Emperor one day. I could have you removed from the Empire forever if you keep trying to say things like that to me," Darco said arrogantly.
"You are too arrogant. I'm not sure the Imperial will be fine in your hands. You may be able to say that you are Father's successor someday, but I'm sure there will be someone better than you!" said Diovana who walked away, leaving Darco completely annoyed with him.
He picked up the fruit bowl that one of his comfort women was holding, then slammed it to the ground to shatter to their utter shock.
