In their efforts to gather alliances, they went to the house of one of the Southern Dukes not far from the Mansion. The house belonged to Theodore, someone who had been to the mansion.
Seraphine finally went to meet the man, along with Harvey who accompanied her. At the Duke's mansion, they were greeted by servants who opened the door.
"We're looking for Duke Theodore, is he inside?" asked Harvey.
"Yes, His Grace is in his study at the moment," the servant replied.
"Alright, I'll go there to see him."
The man then turned to Seraphine who was standing behind him and they walked into the mansion. The servants wondered, who is this woman? And if she was a servant, why would she come along with Harvey to Theodore's residence.
"Who is that woman?" whispered one of the servants who saw them walking towards their Master's study.
"I don't know, but she seems to be just an ordinary servant. Could she be a new servant that Lord Desmond will introduce to His Grace?"
