As soon as the bus door opened, Emily jumped out.
The County Hospital was in the opposite direction of hed home. After getting off the bus, she quickly hailed a cab towards the hospital.
Along the way, she thought a lot and couldn't even believe it was true.
Miss Cameron was their counselor in college, an elegant woman in her fifties. She took good care of every one of her students. Many of Emily's coursemates, including herself, had benefited from her kindness.
How did the car accident happen? Emily thought she could control some things, at least in the next five years, but she didn't see this accident coming. It never happened in her previous life.
Why did it happen now? Are there things that would change in this world?
Half an hour later, she arrived at the County Hospital of Catskill. She walked through the outpatient hall and ran straight to the elevator to the operating room. While jogging over, she called Quinn.
"I'm here? Where are you?"
"Operating Room Number Two, come quickly, we are all waiting." Quinn responded.
There are so many people coming and going in the hospital that it was so crowded that there were not enough elevators.

She jogged over and by the time she reached the surgery room, she was already out of breath.
