It's a new day ,(at Rocky jewelries company). Josh has just reached at the office but his secretary is no where to be seen. Could it be that she has resigned? Let's find out. On Josh's table,there an envelope. Am sure you're wondering what is in the envelope ,I also do so let's find out. Josh unwrap the envelope and start reading it,let's find out from him.
" Sir, I know that at the time you will see this letter I won't be at the office. I know that I offended you and I didn't mean it but please accept my apology. The previous day,we made an agreement and I lost so I have to resign from the job. But that is not the reason why am resigning,am resigning because I cannot bare your temper any more. So please sir , accept my request______". Josh throw the letter before finishing to read it.
" I knew____i knew that you will go. You're all like that,you don't want to be with me and after you get excuses for that. But that is not my concern ,my concern is to avenge my mother's death. I don't care if am alone, and I don't want to be with anyone because ,at the end you will betray me". Josh says with sorrow and anger as he folds the paper.
At the reception of Rocky jewelries company, Emmanuel Anderson has just reached. " Hello sir. How can I help you?" The receptionist asks Emmanuel Anderson. " I need to talk to the CEO,is he around?" Emmanuel asks the and replies to the receptionist. " Do you have an appointment with him?" The receptionist asks Emmanuel Anderson. " No,but you can tell him that Emmanuel Anderson is here". Emmanuel tells the receptionist. " Give a moment". The receptionist says as she gets the the phone to call her boss. After speaking on the phone ,she sends Emmanuel Anderson in Josh Rocky's office.
Knocking on Josh's door ,he responds to the door. It's Emmanuel Anderson who has just knocked. " Nice to meet you sir". Emmanuel says to Josh who has given him a back. " Nice to meet you to". Josh answers as he turns to face Emmanuel. " Aren't you going to shake in my hand?" Emmanuel asks who has given his hand to Josh, waiting for him to give his as well. " I don't shake hands,that is one of the ways how diseases spread". Josh replies rudely to Emmanuel. " It's okay. Am Emmanuel Anderson". Emmanuel introduces himself to Josh. " I know you and I know your family as well. I made a good research about you". Josh says arrogantly.
" Your secretary saved me yesterday. Anyways,speaking of your secretary, where is she?" " That is the reason why you came here? Well am sorry to say that you're too late,she has already resigned. So you can go". Josh says arrogantly. " Is that the same way you speak to other people including your workers and your parents most so your mom?" Emmanuel asks mockingly. " That is none of your business, just get __out of my office ". Josh says with anger. " Easy bro,I was just joking. And to tell you the truth,I didn't come here for your secretary though I came here because of her. I came here because I made a promise to her that am going to meet you. So let's leave everything that has just happened and speak business. Why are you interested in working with me?"
" Your company manufactures good quality jewelries and my company is so interested in quality jewelries. So I need us to make a partnership deal,I need your company to supply my company jewelries. And I should be the only person to be supplied in the country. In simple terms,I will be your only customer ". "You're asking me to make a deal with you which drops all my long time customers and remain with only you ?" Emmanuel asks so curiously.
" Yes. I need my company to be the only company which sell your brand in the entire country and if possible the entire universe. You don't have to worry about the money you will lose because you're not going to lose any coin. Am going to buy you jewelries 3 times the cost each of your customers buy it".
" It's not a bad ideal but again,I cannot work with you. Because, the deal you're giving me lead to the failing of my company's name. Am sorry brother".
" You're a business man,I know you can see that if my company collaborates with yours,then we will make a bigger brand. Just think about it".
" Okay. You've convinced me a lot so am going to consider your proposal but on one condition. Set a date between me and your secretary,if she accept to go on a date with me,then am going to give you a contract".
" It's the only condition". " Yes, unless you want to give me more ". " I wonder why a guy like you want to go on a date with a useless nobody secretary like that". Josh speaks arrogantly about his now ex- secretary.
" You cannot see what I see in her because I hear in rumours that you deserted yourself from love. I don't know if it's true or not but if it is then I don't know how you live on this world without anyone ".
"If it is so then ,I also heard in rumours that the former president of Anderson jewelries company which is now Emmanuel Anderson jewelries company killed his wife and abandoned his son and ran away with his mistress who is your mother. If it's true then I wonder how a person like you can live on this world knowing that you're a cursed and bastard son". Josh said with an intention of mocking Emmanuel".
Emmanuel who is now bursting of anger is asking what to do to Josh but find no solution. Instead,he got away from the the office. Josh whose face is covered with a evil smile sits down in his chair.
" Anita Ricky,I must say that you're my coin of lucky, now you've become my leading card in this game. I don't need to suffer anymore in getting my revenge,I will use that affection of you Emmanuel to end your father's company ,legacy and your family as well as you ended mine. You will understand why Josh Rocky deserted himself from love after what am going to do to you,brother. Your heart will betray you as your father betrayed me and my mother". Josh says with anger and determination.
