───「 Human POV 」───
"Godzilla's actions have changed! It... it's stopped its atomic breath!"
───「 GODZILLA POV 」───
A Titan should behave like a Titan.
Human strategies meant nothing now—whether they meant to distract it with decoys or had discovered its ability to detect them. None of that mattered. All that remained was to drive them from existence.
Godzilla's atomic reactor activated at maximum power, energy surging through its ancient form at unprecedented levels. No more tactical considerations. No more analyzing their movements. Just flatten everything.
Its gaze swept across the mountains, marking every human presence within. One strike would paralyze them all.
The creature's mouth opened wide, dense plasma churning within at power levels far beyond an ordinary atomic breath. Unlike its battle with the Indian Ocean Fleet, this time there would be no self-injury. Its nictitating membranes slid over its eyes as divine fire gathered in its maw.
At the perfect moment, it released everything.
───「 Human POV 」───
At 29 pascals, the beam pierced the mountains before anyone could react, detonating deep within the earth. The ground lifted like an inflating balloon across several kilometers, accompanied by a magnitude 7.7 earthquake that split the mountains apart.
Then the earth exploded.
A super nuclear fireball, fifty to a hundred times larger than any previous atomic breath, burst from the ground at supersonic speed. Mountains vanished in its maw as it climbed skyward, burning brighter than the sun itself.
A hundred kilometers away in Hokkaido's city center, all exposed flammable materials ignited. Any unprotected person would have suffered instant third-degree burns. The fireball expanded to dozens of kilometers in diameter, vaporizing everything in its path.
The shockwave followed, hurling burning forests, tanks, and transport helicopters into the sky like leaves in a hurricane. No fortification could withstand it, not even with mountains as shields.
For eighteen seconds—the longest atomic breath since Godzilla's birth—the fireball hung in the sky, visible across the entire eastern hemisphere.
───「 Global POV 」───
From East Asia to Australia, from the Siberian permafrost to the southern seas, humanity paused to witness Godzilla's miracle. No screens or connections needed—the world saw a Titan's power with their own eyes.
In meeting rooms across the globe, authorities who had tried to control information about Godzilla fell silent as they watched the second sun rise.
"Lift the internet ban," someone said. "There's no point hiding Godzilla from the world anymore."
A new era had begun. This was no longer about military supplies and strategic planning. Every human on Earth had just been drafted into this war.
───「 Human POV 」───
"Terrifying... Godzilla," General Sato Kozo murmured, watching the super fireball on his screens. The battlefield observers stood frozen until his voice snapped them back to reality.
"Don't just stand there. Report casualties."
"Yes! The first sniper point is completely destroyed. Second sniper point has 75% losses. Only the third point remains operational... We've lost more than half our forces."
Sato managed a bitter smile. He'd planned for Godzilla's charged atomic breath, had positioned their transport helicopters to minimize total losses from such an attack. But this... this far exceeded any human expectation.
"Do we withdraw the remaining forces from the second sniper point?" an observer asked.
"No," Sato replied. "They stay. Retreating now would raise Godzilla's suspicion. We must keep our forces at all points equal." His voice grew heavy. "Let them make the sacrifice. The world will remember them."
The battle continued.
