Early in the morning, Jr received a call from his grandfather, Hampton the First, asking him to get ready for a visit to the president of their country.
Jr replied, "Sure, okay. I'll be at the office in an hour's time."
He hung up the phone, wishing that all things could get wrapped up in time so that he could return to the girls. He had promised Bella that he would come back the next day.
Jr got ready and headed to the office, where the convoy of his grandfather's cars was waiting to escort him to the Green House.
As they arrived at the president's office, Jr's grandfather, Hampton, stepped out of the car, followed by Jr and the rest of the entourage.
They were greeted by the president's aides, who escorted them to the president's office.
The president, a tall, imposing figure with a kind face, stood up from behind his desk to greet them.
"Ah, Hampton, it's good to see you," the president said, extending his hand.
Hampton shook the president's hand, and Jr followed suit.
The president gestured for them to take a seat, and they sat down in the plush chairs in front of the desk.
"So, Hampton, what brings you here today?" the president asked.
Hampton leaned forward, his eyes locked on the president's. "I've come to discuss the recent developments in the forest, Mr. President."
The president's expression turned serious. "I see. And what developments might those be?"
Jr's curiosity was piqued. What was going on in the forest that required a meeting with the president?
He leaned forward, his eyes locked on his grandfather's face, waiting for him to explain.
