In a relaxed state, a person must be in a calm state for the drawing of spiritual energy as the body works every time and draws out physical energy from time to time. Both of the said energies must be in harmony to form the so-called Chakra.
He felt comfortable and filled with newfound potency as the Chakra Pathways were slowly built inside of his body. From organs and tissues to the muscles and proteins, these Chakra Pathways are like roads and highways to his main organs and muscles.
There are little tiny holes in other certain areas formed by the Chakra Pathways, stopgaps as tenketsu or Chakra nodes.
These nodes were designed as a way to release the Chakra and they are 361 nodes from the body. These little tiny holes were completely scattered in each corner of the body.
The Chakra inside his body was flowing continuously as if it were like waters inside the river, ever-changing and adept.

It's vastly different than the one-trick power system where there are resources to aid them in the cultivation process, then bottlenecks and stoppage happen.
'It's a fascinating power system but also a despairing system. Bloodlines reigned supreme unlike the Martial Arts power system where the person could just eat a pill and then breakthrough.'

Hashirama died because of his old injuries and the "death" of his best friend, Madara Uchiha. XDD What is the point of the Sage Body and his experiences of the Warring States Period? Surely, he knew about the life-and-death situations they faced right? His brothers died in the era of turbulence but because Madara "died", he joined him in the afterlife. Is this true love?
"But the advantages are still there, My Ki and Chakra formed a symbiotic relationship... As if it was in harmony." Getting sidetracked, Yoichi murmured and was satisfied with the Chakra.
Both of these energies swirling inside Yoichi were extraordinary and terrific.
The Ki inside Yoichi could be in his Chakra Pathways, widening his pathways and concealing his Chakra from anyone else. His Chakra could be inside his bloodstream, nurturing and cultivating his cells and Ki. The interconnection between the two was smooth and easy. Ki and Chakra could be converted and vice versa.
'I need to focus on my Chakra Control... It's too convoluted... Hehehe, I can block my Chakra Nodes with my Ki. Completely denying any form of Chakra leakage!'
In summary, Yoichi was excited about the brand-new prospects of the power system.
Being skeptical about anything is fine but the good part about it was exploring fun ways he could exploit and experience life as a shinobi in Naruto World.
"Let's look at the samples, bloodlines were the basis of strength here. I'll go further ahead! As for the Chakra-Ki combination, I'll do that later." Yoichi shook his head and glanced at the two samples he had to experiment with.
There was a cadaver in his lab called the Null Body. This corpse was a stroke of genius created for the sake of full-time experimentation and research.
With this cadaver, Yoichi could reset the corpse back to its null condition. He could also fasten up the time in which the integration between the samples and the body. There's an in-depth analysis and report every single time there are some problems or discoveries.

With his complete set-up in the lab, Yoichi began with his experimentation.

Although Yoichi was uncertain about his unproven conspiracy, some people in Naruto have this kind of eerie similarity.

After numerous attempts, Yoichi concluded that the Ten-Tails genealogy was overwhelming for an ordinary body to survive its onslaught. As for Yoichi, he won't inject it to himself. After all, these are just attempts, and Yoichi won't waste a rebirth for this. The research must stop... For now.

Yoichi weaved the hand seals clumsily as the Chakra condensed in his lungs from his mouth, spitting the Chakra and igniting it.
"Kuuuuhhh... What the hell! HAHAHA! Even if the clumsy hand seals, I can still do it due to my Chakra reserves." Yoichi was glad and grinned with a happy expression.
"I was scared for a second about the fire near my face. What a magical jutsu!" Yoichi's eyes were filled with shimmering insights and admiration about Chakra.
"Oh, Shit! I used ninjutsu in the lab. Akashic, clean the residues." Looking at the melted appearance of Null Body, Yoichi shivered in fear and excitement.
"What a wonderful skill!"
