The heartbeat became flat and they tried to save her but it was too late. She was lifeless. On the other hand, Sasha is in the other room for surgery. Luke and Sheriff McLaurel arrived at the hospital and went to the room where she told them everything.
"Can't believe you escaped El Fuego de Store. Most people who worked there are still missing today. Yet, no clues have been found and it was proved as a myth. Now, because of you, it is not a myth anymore" The sheriff told her.
"Luke, you're next on his list. You need to stay with me in this hospital no matter what." she sobbed and said "I can't lose you"
Doctor Steph went into the room to announce something.
"Your friend is dead. We can't do more due to damages in her intestines and brain. We are sorry"
Sasha was shook at the news. A teardrop fell into her eyes. Her heart broke into pieces as she heard the news.
"I guess she'll never come back again."
"Hey Sasha, rest. Don't think about it. I'll go get some snacks in the store." Luke said as he left the room.
Sheriff McLaurel stayed with Sasha so she won't freak out when something happens. Luke walked towards the elevator. It was crowded and a lot of people were in.
"Did someone just farted? Or someone stinks?" said the man beside him.
"It smells so bad. It smells like a corpse" said the other girl.
"Something is above us. Look at the emergency exit above!" he said and everyone looked at it.
"Hey! Let me check it out" Luke said as the other men carried him.
He was so curious but also nervous about it. He took the chance to peek at it and saw a woman that was chopped off. Luke fell off because of the shock and suddenly, the elevator collapsed through the ground floor.
Some people were dead, and some were injured but Luke didn't get any scratches or bruises.
The hospital staff rescued them and everyone was shocked at seeing Luke without any injuries while the others did badly. They checked out how the woman got up the top of the elevator. Sheriff McLaurel went downstairs to check out what happened.
"Holy! Luke, are you okay!"
"Of course I am."
"What happened?"
"There was something at the top of the elevator. Then the elevator fell down."
"Goodness how are you not injured"
"Do you want me to be?"
"Not exactly, young man."
Luke left the hospital and entered his car while the Sheriff went back upstairs to Sasha's room. The car started and he drove away to go to the store.
He was driving but suddenly there were sudden taps in the window behind. He looked behind but there was nothing. There was a tap again and he looked around. But when he turned back around, there was a truck roaring towards him.
He immediately turned to the side again. He was almost caught in an accident. Luke stopped for a second, he was breathing so hard that he was gasping air.
"Well that was some bullshit." he said while he was freaking out.
He went back to the car and headed to the store. He arrived at the store "El Fuego de Store" and went in. He bought some chips and drinks. But the cashier suddenly asked.
"Do you know Sasha?"
"Yeah? Definitely. Do you know her?"
"Oh yeah that was a worker-" Luke interrupted the cashier by punching her in the face. The cashier got up and spitted out the blood in him.
"Oh your dirty little Sasha is a fucking idiot! They were all fool! Just like you. You little shi-" Luke stabbed the cashier in the stomach. She was gasping for air but Luke twisted the knife.
The cashier screamed in pain. He pulled the knife out and took the cash register drawer and slammed it in the cashier's head. Luke immediately went to the car and brought all the snacks he took.
He went back to the car and drove so fast back to the hospital. But as he was driving, a tree suddenly fell in front of the car, causing him to stop.
But the other cars did not manage their speed and hitted Luke's car. The car flung to the cliff, falling 1000 meters down. The car was upside down and there was blood in the wingshield. It was also catching on fire.
A hand suddenly held in the car. Luke was trying to get out of the car so hard that he is getting all the mirror shards in his body. He grabbed the wingshield, he tried and tried but the fire was going in so fast.
He screamed for help but no one can hear him. He looked to his right and left and there was a lady in black staring at him. She has a black long hair with a wide mouth and is covered with blood.
"Hey! Help me!"
The lady did not make any movements, she was just staring at him with anger and fear. Afterwards, she ran towards Luke and went up to the burning car.
She was dancing and getting burnt. Luke still pulled and got out of the car. But, he can only crawl due to his injuries. He grabbed his phone with his broken fingers and called 911. Suddenly, a flaming knife hit the phone and the lady laughed.
Luke screamed for help while crawling into the cliff. The lady went down in the car. She was flaming in fire and still laughing. She stared at him again and Luke looked back to her with eyes full of terror.
"Why are you doing this?"
"You must pay the price; for our heavenly entity, for our guide through this way! You. are. nothing. But a piece of jerk, crying in terror for you is going to die. Today."
Sheriff McLaurel showed up behind the lady. He was holding the gun angrily and ready to shoot.
"You son of a bitch" The sheriff shot the lady 2 times in the head. The entity/lady screamed so loud that everyone in the city heard all of the screams.
They covered their ears and were very confused about what was happening. The sheriff stomped her and shot her again. The lady was lifeless and pale. Sheriff McLaurel immediately helped Luke back to the road.
They climbed the shortcut but he saw something in the car. A black figure was inside the burning car. It has a shadow-like figure with red glowing eyes. He was shocked that his eyes almost puked out.
"Hey, look at that!"
The sheriff did not say anything but continued to climb. Luke looked back again at the car and the figure was not there anymore— and when he looked back, he saw the sheriff with glowing eyes and a face of anger.
He tried to push Luke into the cliff but failed. Luke wouldn't let go of him for he would fall meters down. The sheriff shook so he could fall but Luke held still there.
The sheriff kicked Luke in the face. He fell into his despair. Turns out, it was not the sheriff all along and just the lady impersonating him.
"Bye bye Luke. May we meet again" Luke screamed and eventually fell to the ground.
The half of his face was flattened and his eyes puked out. All his bones were broken due to the fall.
The lady immediately vanished and the car was not damaged and not burnt. The police arrived at the incident and they considered it as suicide.
"Definitely suicide" said Mclaurey
"Well, the car is not damaged. How did it get down there?" Albert answered.
"Maybe he sped up?"
"There was no damage, Mclaurey. Think bro."
"Well you should be the one who's thinking— I know you're seeing this like your paranormal stories where we get scared or some shit you yap every time" Mclaurey answered angrily.
"This is serious, Mclaurey."
"I know, and you should be mature on things like that. Report this to Sheriff McLaurel." Mclaurey commanded Albert to.
"Hello, Sheriff? Are you there?"
"Yes I am, what's happening? What are those noises." The sheriff asked.
"Yeah, something happened here on the cliff and I think you know who it is."
"Luke?! Luke! I'm on my way, officer!"
He hung up and Sasha told her,
"It was the boy, and I am going with you."
Albert investigated the car and saw there was a black cloth inside the car.
Mclaurey immediately called Albert for his discoveries. He went there and saw Luke's phone with a knife stabbed at it.
"Oh lord. This is not suicide." Mclaurey got scared because he believed it was a suicide.
"Who"ll get down and check the victim's body for any more clues?" Mclaurey asked
"Aye Aye Sir!" a police officer answered.
Sasha and Sheriff McLaurel arrived at the cliff.
"Oh no... It can't be Luke— no this can't be.." a teardrop fell into her heart.
She remembered the day that Carol died. They went down to the car and she cried so loud.
"I can't lose him!"
Another officer reported a dead body in the El Fuego de Shop.
"Another dead body? This is definitely something."
