A soft, warm voice speaks, the whirring of machines in the background fading as the other party speaks up, the newborn's mother.
-'Thank God.. Thank Goodness.. how long have I waited for such a moment to come, if only your father was here to see you.. If only he was here to smile at you proudly.'
The mother takes her child from the hands of the female doctor, the doctor staring with joy behind her mask at the sight, nothing was more heartwarming than such moments.
-'I will take my leave now, I will be right outside with the other doctors, you can call for me whenever you need anything, congratulations once more on the beautiful baby, ma'am.'
The doctor bows slightly and heads out, closing the door slowly as not to disturb the baby.
The baby stared at his mother, a blank expression on his face, just staring, not crying, not babbling or doing anything, one might think he's.. dead.
But to his mother, this wasn't out of order, she was lost in euphoria at the sight of her own flesh and blood in her hands.
She hugged him carefully, as not to injure his infantile body, and spoke, to no one in particular.
-'I will.. I will name you appropriately after your father's wishes. He always used to talk absentmindedly about what sort of names we'd have to choose from eventually..'
She took a deep breath, then she spoke a name, a name with profound meaning to her.
-'Jude.'

To My Dear Jude:
'Congratulations! You finally finished High School! I'm so proud of you, and I know your father would too. How are you? How have you been? I hope you had a good year.
Please, respond as soon as possible, I want to hear from my little baby once in a while.
I can't wait to see you prosper and thrive in any endeavor you might undergo, I love you, and I'm with you all the way, never forget that, my dear.

A quiet groan sounds in a dark room, the rustling of blankets and the creaking of a bed frame the only audible noise, as Iudex turns in his sleep.
His eyes open slightly seeing the flash of his phone lighting up the room, he had forgotten to turn down the brightness, his eyes getting flashed, but, he didn't flinch, instead just taking the phone in his hands and opening the notification.
Seeing the message from his Mother, the heartfelt words reading in his mind, a tiny hint of a smile graces his lips, the curve barely a degree up.
He sends a message back, a short, quick response.
-"Thanks mom."
If anyone who doesn't know Jude saw him replying like that, they would defenestrate him no hesitation, who replies to their mother's well put and amazing message like that?!?
Well, that's how he is, he turns off his phone, and gets up, tidying his bed before opening any lights, it was as if he had night vision, everything done perfectly.
ONLY THEN does he decide to open the lights and the curtains, stretches a little bit, and looks around at his room. Ready to move to the next task.
He opens the curtains all across the house, and cleans up the roams of his house in a quick sweep.
However, his daily routine is interrupted.
He hears a commotion outside, he walks calmly to his window, from his second floor apartment, he sees two women arguing loudly, very loudly in fact, to the point where the whole neighborhood should've woken up.
Much to his surprise, no one seemed to take notice.
And for some reason, he couldn't figure out what they were shouting about despite the loudness of their conversation.
He goes to the mirror beside the door, taking his black bandana and placing it over the right side of his face, covering his right eye. What was the point of that?
After fixing up his hair quickly into a side-brushed style, he opens his door and goes down the apartment stairs.
His apartment building was nothing special, white marble walls and medium sized stairs.
His steps echoed slightly as he stepped down stair by stair, taking his sweet time. But beneath that collected expression, a very light anger simmered. Who, why and how dare they make a ruckus this time of day. It might be 11 AM only, but that was still early to him.
Opening his building door, he sees the two still arguing,a sigh as he steps up to them.
They didn't seem to even acknowledge his existence.
They just continued arguing in the middle of the street.
Jude cleared his voice, scaring them both into jumping a little bit.
Their voices became suddenly much more comprehendible, as if they switched to the right language from another, he didn't know what they were speaking prior to that.
And.. they both looked.. very similar, twins..?
The right one, a blue eyed girl with blonde hair, hugged the left one, as if she's trying to shield her from an attack, whilst shouting at Iudex.
-"Mogojyan! Cover your eyes! Fuwawa will protect you!!"
Jude stared confused at the sight. It seems they were indeed twins at second look. The only difference between them was their eye color and style of clothing, both of them has a collar with a gem attached to it by a small leash-like bonding.
The left sister, who he thought was literally called "Mogojyan", flailed against her sister's overprotective attempts at covering her, and turned her head to Iudex, still held by her sister as she did so.
-"You! Who are you?! We won't fear striking you back! We are Fuwamo-"
Jude's voice cut through both their attempts at intimidation, not caring who they were and what they were trying to do.
-"Quiet. It's 11 in the morning. Have some decency before arguing in the middle of the street."
The two sisters seemed dumbfounded, as if he spoke the most confusing sentence to ever leave someone's mouth.
It was as if their brains were frozen, if they were in a video, loading circles would be turning above their heads.
"What? I'm speaking to you two."
His voice was low, but it held weight with it.
The sisters turned their heads and looked at each other, then back to Jude.
They both then spoke in unison.
-"You don't know who we are? How can you see us? Aren't you part of HoloCorp?"
Gosh damnit they were loud, but Jude gave them a simple blink that made them both even more confused.
-"Holo..Corp? Elaborate."
Their eyes widened, and they both took a step back, as if scared for their lives.
-"Tactical retreat, Mogojyan!
We will be back! We did not escape!"
The older sister, who by her words earlier, was named Fuwawa, dragged her sister away and disappeared rather quickly into an alleyway.
-"..I didn't even get to scold them properly for such ludicrous behavior. And they seemed like children, where are their parents?"
Jude spoke as if he was a grand sage with wisdom of centuries, despite being merely 19.
"Sigh, well, that's that."
He turned around, and went back into his apartment, he was undisturbed by the fact the twins were totally dissociated from reality about how he could see them, patching it up to kids being kids and living in their own reality.
His day passed by seemingly normal, he celebrated his graduation by ordering some food and sleeping for the rest of the day.
He wouldn't be ready for the next day, it seems.

Intermission: Jude
A 19 year old male, of English birth. His father was dead before he came into life, and was raised by his mother until he left for high school.
His appearance is quite unforgettable, short, standing at a mere 4'11 (Approx. 150 centimeters for the actually cultured people) he was not your average male.
His hair is black, a pitch dark that equals the lifelessness of his expressions.
Moving onto his most notable feature, his eyes.
His left eye is a dark color, the only fully normal feature about him, his right however, is always covered by his bandana except at sleeping time, in which he takes it off for comfort.
No one knows why he dons it except his Mother.
When he was "Bullied", or, attempts at bullying him occured, no one was ever able to actually take off his bandana, his friends always protecting him.
Some say it's an injury, leaving his eye scarred forever, so he hides it in shame, some say he's eyeless, so to not scare anyone he hides it.
As for his personality, Iudex is blank, he does show emotion, but his reactiveness is near non existent, and any "big" reaction would probably take 2-5 business days to deliver, after being explained.

Man oh man, I only recently got into VTuber territory but I'm insanely excited about it, the rabbit hole is deep.
To answer a question that might appear, yes, Iudex is based looks wise on Joker from Fire Force. Joker is just that goated.
The direction of the story as of now is just the exploration of the upcoming world and mystery of the HoloLive company. Which I referred to as HoloCorp intentionally.
Yes, they will have powers here.
Yes, Jude does too, you'll see it eventually.
