Chapter 103 - Chapter 103

*WHOOSH*

Disregarding what Andrew had said, Star Queen instantly darted towards him faster than the eye could perceive planning on landing a punch on his face.

But to her dismay, her punch was easily caught in his hand as he looked playfully over her. "You should really not ignore opportunities that I present you with." He said as his grip on her fist tightened.

With her being this close to her, he could now see how beautiful and majestic she truly was.

No wonder she received a lot of praise for her beauty. Her golden waist length locks which glimmered ever so softly as her radiant blue eyes sparkled with hope of subduing this threat.

"Lies!" She spoke out loud. "Really, I'm quite disappointed that you have so little trust in me." He said as if he was hurt however his tone didn't carry the same magnitude as the words delivered. Flat and apathetic as always.

She tried to release herself from his grip but to her surprise, she found herself unable to move at the moment. "What?!" She protested in shock as Andrew gleamed over her.

But to her surprise, he let her arm free which made her retreat instantly. As she wondered how someone who's only skill was telekinesis, a strange phenomenal occurred around Andrew.

It seemed as if his own shadow was trying to swallow him whole however he didn't sink into it but rather a strange fluid wrapped around his body which made any person ward off as they could feel the lingering threat emanating from the liquid.

Soon after he was done, us entire body was enshrouded in a thick black slime like substance leaving his face unmasked by it. "Wait! You're the player Hedon!" She stuttered as her body started to sense a bad foreboding looming.

Andrew didn't reply and casually threw another segment. "In five minutes, the metropolitan area will be hit by a wave of monsters causing casualty of millions if you keep on wasting your time on me."

He said flatly as ominous black wings grew out of his back.

*Snap*

The car that he had used to get here was instantly swallowed whole by a spatial crack taking it back to his abode. Star Queen was even more taken aback by this revelation. 'When did he acquire these skills? Judging from his actions, it seems that he isn't new in this field.' She contemplated.

"I'll meet you there." He said before the wings on his back flapped momentarily before shooting way up into the sky.

It wasn't just her but also the onlookers who yearned for answers however they couldn't be answered by the silence that engulfed the area. Curious to whether he had said was true, she took darted off the ground tailing him as they headed towards the denser parts of the city.

'Can't this bastard go a little slower?' She thought as she noted that besides catching up, she was falling behind with the only thing guiding her was his faint figure which stood out amidst the blue sky and white clouds.

It didn't take long for them to arrive at their destination as Andrew nested at a random building which was way up in the sky. Star Queen landed after five minutes as faint gasps of air could be heard coming from her.

Soon as she landed, she held a resenting look on his face. "Couldn't you have gone a little slower?" She asked however her request went unanswered as Andrew continued to watch the individuals moving about, oblivious to his existence.

"You know that I can give you and your friends a clean slate. Without having to do the government's dirty work all the time and let you decide what you want to do with your life." He said without looking at her.

"How exactly? By killing everyone in the government!" She mused as she tried to look around for any monsters however she couldn't spot any even with her amplified eyesight. "No! By making every single person forget that you existed."

He said as his eyes now looked at her. He caught her bewildered by his statement. "What? Do you doubt my words?" His eyes brazenly resting on her tits and butt. 'Comparable to Embers.'

She caught his gaze but his unabashed eyes continued to loom over her figure. "Can't you at least have a sense of decency?" She shouted trying to shield her assets from him with her arms.

It was true that she could feel the lecherous gazes from both those she would help and the higher ups but she was stronger than them so the problem of harassment never presented itself. She had harbored a natural disgust for such people and seeing how Andrew was only made her opinion of him lower.

"The party is here." He said as he pointed at a football field which was packed to the full off spectators enjoying the game. Looking at it, she was able to easily perceive it, noting every detail with her eyes as she then noted a faint sense of vibration coming from the middle of the pitch.

To all, a strange hole managed to form in the field which took everyone present in the stadium by surprise. "This is the time you go and tell them to evacuate the premises immediately." Andrew stated as he knew the magnitude that was on the horizon.

Star Queen was at an impasse however sensing an ominous presence from the small crack that had now formed, she immediately darted over and floated majestically above the arena.

Some of the spectators instantly realized her presence as they tried to gain her attention. "Evacuate the stadium tight now." She said sternly as the people were stunned with her words.

They were perplexed as they still couldn't sense what was wrong but some heeded and started to head towards the exit. 'Why are some of them still just standing there?'

*Boom*

A large explosion was heard as a huge chunk of the stadium was blasted off causing a fiery inferno which claimed the lives of some of the civilians while others groaned in pain as they had chunks if their body burnt off or bits of concrete pinning them.

Suddenly the quiet stadium ruptured into pure chaos and looking at the source, it was Andrew who floated way above the sky as he finally stopped next to Star Queen.

"What was that?!" She fumed at him. "To hasten the speed." He said as he pointed at the small crack which had now grown bigger which had now become more apparent to those in the stadium.

With a huge part of the stadium blown out of the way, the civilians could now easily leave however something else plagued their minds. 'Why did the Telekinetic Terror and the Star Queen seem as if they were on friendly terms?'

They had the eyes of millions on them given the broadcasting network from the game that had now shifted its focus to the two floating over the stadium akin to deities.

One, a symbol of hope and salvation as her radiant clothing and welcoming appearance seemed to soothe troubled souls while the other signified a beacon for all that was evil as the black slime wrapped around his body giving off a faint ominous feeling.

It was quite bizarre to see the two side by side. 'Had she chosen to abandon her will for the greater good and allow to be tainted by the evil of the world?' A lot of questions lingered in the minds of many but for now, they could only witness the events unfold.

...

Somewhere at an undisclosed location, a couple of people had grim faces as they witnesses the events unfolding In front of their eyes. A person who had grey hair, seemed to be in his fifties adorned in a sleek black suit sat in the middle of the conference present.

"Is the Star Queen out of her mind?" His voice reverberated throughout the chamber. It contained a faint hint of anger which was masked with a neutral facade however those present could clearly read his state of mind.

"I believe that there is a plausible explanation for her to do this?" Another voice rang. This time it was a lady who was in her thirties and possibly the youngest in the room. She had a befitting attire of a secretary, sharp and organized as she slumped casually into her chair.

It was the Crimson Death while the grey haired man was known as the Grey Blizzard. His skills were on par with the Star Queen however the details couldn't be calculated as the two were already freaks compared to the rest of their kind.

In her hand was a glass of fine wine which she churned before taking a light sip. This group of people were similar to the Star Queen, voyagers from another world which was on the verge of collapse strangely enough, a crack appeared and after stepping through, they found themselves in this world.

It was strange to them of how this world unlike theirs, those present didn't have a single human who seemed to possess any remarkable abilities so they chose to lay low for the time being.

Some of them decided to go their own ways and live normal lives while the rest decided to keep of utilizing their abilities. It didn't take long before they were under the radar of the US government and they found themselves offered an opportunity.

They had to work for the government or be subjected to experimentation. They were displeased with their current situation but they decided to submit as causing a fuss wouldn't lead to any good outcomes.

It wasn't that they didn't possess the ability to fight back but even with their various abilities, they would be quickly outnumbered. Sure they could take down a nation but it wouldn't take long before they would become the target of the other countries.

Some of them weren't pleased with this outcome but they had no other choice and soon after that, they had to engage in questionable activities but they held no form if sentiment towards other humans so they didn't mind. There were outbursts here and there but they were quickly snuffed out.

"She's not dumb just to do this with no valid reason. It is clear that she has a hidden agenda for doing this." Another member said. This time a male, the Pyro Storm. So far they had never faced such a human and seeing that he wasn't like them, it raised brows about his origin.

As for the casualty that occurred to the civilians, they really couldn't care less about them however they were aware that they had to maintain this air of facade that they actually cared about the humans.

Another cause of concern was the system that was presented to the world. It seemed to give the once harmless humans an opportunity to rival them if not best them.

Kara had warned them that Andrew, the kid had some form of relation with the system which was delivered. From her, Andrew had the power to kill everyone on the planet however they found that as absurd but that didn't mean that they didn't keep an eye on him.

Sure the incident with the mother stroke them as off wondering why he was so detached with her but they chose to keep on observing rather than getting involved. It was with that that they had also been keeping an eye on Ashley however nothing noteworthy had yet to occur.

Also the issue of all the killing of the local gangs' leaders and some of the corporate monsters abroad was still on the table. It was off that they all had surprisingly died of a heart attack. It was clear that it was staged or someone behind the scenes.

...

Back to the stadium, the crack had started to get bigger and bigger as bizarre creatures started to emanate from the crack. They had no exact physical form as they seeped out of the crack.

They seemed to be made out of clay as they would warp into different shapes before taking a humanoid shape as they looked at the humans which were scurrying towards the exit trying to preserve their lives.
