"Tesarius, I'm fine. There is no need to worry."
"This is the fourth time that you have fainted in less than two months, do you expect me to believe everything is alright?"
"But it is! What else do you want to know?"
"Sera!" Tesarius was exasperated. He stared at his wife on the bed with disbelief all over his face, but all she did was chuckle behind her hand, making him raise an eyebrow. "Did you just laugh?"
The question only made her snicker some more, but Tesarius only scoffed. "Sera, this isn't funny! What on earth is going on?"
"Oh Lord, Tesarius, you whine like a child!" Sera exclaimed, pushing the heavy blanket on top of her and slowly getting to her feet, shaking her head. "Ever heard of the female monthly cycle?"
Sera almost laughed at the puzzled look on Tesarius's face, before the realization hit him and his cheeks turned the color of blood, making him look away from her. "Y-Yes, I'm aware. W-What of it?"
"Do you really want me to explain further?"
