"Why... It's a bit foggy today, huh?"
That morning I looked out the car window, A thin mist spread across every road, I propped my chin up to look to the right, seeing Ariz who was still silent and unmoving.
"Hey!!"
Ariz turned his head in surprise, his mind had just been freed from its daze, he smiled awkwardly, scratching his cheek with one of his index fingers.
"A-ahh... What did you say? Sorry, I didn't hear you."
I was silent hearing his answer, then I took my original position, leaning back while looking straight at the road. Sparks of confusion spread through his head, he stared at me for a moment before he returned his focus to driving.
"You've been weird these past few days, you know."
Ariz folded his face in confusion, but it was clear that his face seemed to be hiding something, his eyes glanced away, trying to divert his gaze from me.
"What do you mean? I'm fine, it's just your feeling."
I raised an eyebrow, looking at him in disbelief, then turned my eyes back to the window, looking at the outside world from behind its mirror.
"Are you keeping something from me?"
Ariz was silent, his hands still moving to drive, but his mind was wandering outside, he then took a deep breath, preparing to say what had been bothering his heart for a while now.
"Our other brothers want to visit my house."
"Is that so? Then that's good for you."
Ariz's lips were tightly closed, his eyes remained focused, reflecting the shadows, the shady trees, and the morning sun.
"They also said they wanted to meet you."
A silent atmosphere filled us, my expression remained flat, staring straight ahead, while Ariz started to get restless, glancing at me several times, beads of sweat falling on his temples. Those seconds felt tight for him.
"Okay, I'll do it."
Hearing that, Ariz's eyes widened, almost in disbelief, then his lips curved up to show his usual smile. He opened his mouth, trying to say something of my accord, but before he could speak I cut him off.
"But I don't have much time, I have other things to do."
Ariz's expression changed to a slightly disappointed one, then he shook his head several times, took a deep breath until finally his smile returned.
"It's okay, it won't take long, maybe just 10 minutes."
"10 minutes, that's enough."
Time continues to erode, our journey to my school continues, heavy rain pours down in the middle of the road without mercy, my eyes continue to stare out the window, looking watching the raindrops fall to the ground, then merge into beautiful puddles.
Something tickled my senses, my flat expression changed, curving into a thin smile.
"It seems like a lot of people are causing trouble today."
Ariz turned his head when he heard my words, his face twisted with a clearly visible confused expression, his forehead wrinkled, giving a long, lingering stare.
"What do you mean Kama?"
My hand stretched towards him, then in a matter of seconds Ariz lost consciousness, falling into the darkness of sleep. I opened the car door and then looked at the clouds that continued to drizzle with a smile.
An object fell from the sky, hitting the ground hard, cracks in the ground flew in the air, at that moment a figure in a black robe grinned, watching me with a strong killing intent.
"At least restrain your killing aura, it's too eye-catching."
My words came out in a tone filled with condescension, my head tilted with a faint, unreadable smile. The person was still grinning then he opened his hood, showing his own figure. He was a man, his hair was black with a slight fading, the hollows on his cheeks were clearly visible, his eyes were burning with a strong killing intent.
Some people in robes started to catch my eye, no it wasn't just a few, hundreds or even thousands of people, it was like a great insect invasion, heading straight towards my school building.
"This is a bit interesting isn't it?"
My hand pointed to the car that still had Ariz in it, As fast as the air that swept at that moment, the car disappeared. I sent it back to my house, because that was the only thing I thought was safest.
"Even a creature like you still has feelings huh?"
The man's voice was heavy with a hoarse tone that sounded faded with the sound of the rain at that time, I still smiled faintly. I put my hands in my pockets, looking at him full of enthusiasm.
"I'm sorry, but my stupid brother needs to be safe from depraved creatures like you. So what do you want now? Why bother looking for me?"
"I came here to kill you."
My lips closed, my eyes were pensive for a moment, then it was as if my mouth slipped unable to hold back what I heard, A soft chuckle escaped my mouth, until I truly enjoyed the funny feeling that tickled my day.
"Hahahaaha!!! Ahahahaha!!"
The man gritted his teeth tightly, his eyes burning, filled with a strong killing intent.
"That's a great joke!!! Hahahhaah!!"
The fuse caught fire, his feet stomped and shattered the ground around him, he swung his sword, then in one mighty shout.
"Cut!!!!!"
The air split, spreading towards me, the ground of the road was split by the wind, then it hit me, making him grin widely.
His eyes trembled when he saw what was so impossible, at that time I was still standing firmly, not a single scratch could be seen on my cloth, I gave a thin, condescending smile.
"Why???? Why don't you split into two!!!??"
"I admit your idiotism, but well... That physical thing is useless to me now."
He gripped his sword tightly, his eyes wide with disbelief, his teeth gritted tightly, his eyes were filled with uncontrollable anger. This time he started charging directly, slashing my body over and over again while screaming like a madman.
"I did it!!! I did it!!! Turns out he's not as strong as the rumors say."
He knelt down with small pieces of meat in front of him, his eyes filled with madness as he continued to scream, his wide smile curved erratically, almost like tearing his own mouth.
"If you're done, can we continue?"
He widened his eyes, looked back, and saw me standing in the rain, seemingly fine with what had happened earlier, he looked back towards where he had killed me, but there everything was gone, the pool of vile blood that had merged with the puddle was gone, the small pieces of my body were never left.
He was almost like a madman, he remembered how it felt like he was cutting me alive, even though there was never any blood on his sword at all.
"W-What are you doing!!!!"
I smiled a thin smile, a smile that would probably be the last smile that would shape his life.
*
"This is it sir... Could you please not block my way?"
Ray stared at the figure in front of him, a man with a black robe and a hood that covered almost all of his face, Ray tilted his head, with a thin smile on his lips.
An energy projection shot towards Ray, the explosion creating a thick cloud of smoke, once it disappeared Ray was nowhere to be found, He was already floating in the air, with his wide smile still on his lips.
"Attacking other people is impolite, you know."
"Oh really? Didn't you do the same thing with Ghost?"
Ray covered his mouth, then he couldn't help but burst out laughing, his roar of laughter was heard making the hair on the back of the person's neck stand on end, feeling something unpleasant.
The rain poured down harder, the sound of thunder rumbling could be heard clearly shaking the sky, lightning flashed in the sky, its light spread.
As the lightning flashed, Ray was beside him faster than a flash of lightning, grabbing him by the neck tightly, his mouth grinning widely, his eyes were filled with a storm of frenzied pleasure.
"IHIHIHIHI!! HAHAHAHHAA!!!!"
The echo of his voice echoed that day, the stampede began to occur in the school building, the screams of the students were heard in panic, in the chaos, Ray's laughter continued to echo, without stopping.
