As soon as Anya regained consciousness, she found herself in an unfamiliar place. A doctor was sitting beside her.
Anya: "How did I get here?"
Doctor: "You fainted due to excessive stress. You need to take better care of yourself." Saying this, the doctor left the room.
As soon as she was gone, Anya pushed herself up with the support of the bed. Memories of everything that had happened since the morning flooded her mind, and tears began to roll down her cheeks.
Wiping her tears away, she muttered to herself, "You had your fun mocking my pain, Mr. Arnav Trivedi. But now, it's your turn to suffer. Your downfall has begun."
"This time, you will have to come to me, Arnav. I might have forgiven your past mistakes, but not this one. For this crime, you will only receive punishment!"
Just then, her grandparents entered the room, insisting that she return home with them.
Anya: "No, I won't come home tonight, Dadi Maa, Dadaji. It's too late. You both should go home, and I will stay at the ashram. I'll come home tomorrow morning—prepare for my arrival."

At Trivedi Mansion...
Vinay Trivedi stood in the hall, his voice filled with rage as he called out to Arnav. As soon as Arnav entered, Vinay turned to the other family members.
Vinay: "Poonam, Vedika, you both go inside. The rest of you, return to your rooms! Tonight, this is a matter between a father and his son."
His voice carried such intensity that everyone immediately left.
Arnav stepped forward and stood in front of his father.
Arnav: "You have ruined the Trivedi family's reputation! If not for yourselves, you should have at least thought about me. Why did you go to the police station to bail that girl out?"
Vinay's anger flared as he responded.
Vinay: "You are the one who tarnished our name, Arnav! You abandoned a helpless girl at the wedding altar and publicly humiliated her. Do you have any idea how much disgrace she had to endure because of you?"
Arnav smirked, unfazed.
Arnav: "I, Arnav Trivedi, treat women like clothes—I change them whenever I want. Anya was just a pawn in my game. Otherwise, I wouldn't have even looked at her. And yet, here you are, apologizing to her! You should have considered my standards before lowering yourself like this."
Disgusted, Vinay shook his head.
Vinay: "Your thinking is utterly vile. Have you forgotten that a woman brought you into this world? Until now, I forgave your every mistake, hoping you would change. But I was the only one trying to make you understand. You have crossed every limit of decency and humanity!"
Arnav smirked again.
Arnav: "You're right, Dad—very sad, indeed. So, what now? Are you going to disown me for that girl?"
Before he could say anything more, Vinay slapped him across the face.
Vinay: "I should have done this a long time ago! Let this slap remind you how to speak to your elders."
His voice hardened.
"And remember this—Anya is no longer just your ex-girlfriend. She is Advik's wife and your bhabhi. Going against her means going against Advik!"
Arnav's eyes burned with fury as he placed a hand on his stinging cheek.
Arnav: "He is my brother! I am the only one who matters to him. He's not like you—he wouldn't raise his hand against me for some girl!"
His voice grew sharper.
"And as for that Anya—she will never step foot in this house again! My revenge is complete. I did what I had to do. She is not worthy of being my bhabhi!"
Vinay's expression remained firm.
Vinay: "You will have to accept Anya as your bhabhi, whether you like it or not. She will stay in this house, and she's not going anywhere. That is my decision—and my promise!"
Arnav clenched his jaw.
Arnav: "Anya will never enter this house again! That is my decision—and my promise!"
With that, he stormed out of the room.

In the US...
Advik sat in his office, staring at his assistant, Shivam, who was trembling under his intense gaze.
Shivam's thoughts raced. "Oh God, what did I do now? Why is he looking at me like he's about to eat me alive? Please save me, Lord—I promise I'll offer you a whole kilo of desi ghee laddoos!"
Advik's voice broke his silent prayers.
Advik: "Book the earliest flight to India. We're leaving tomorrow morning."
Shivam gulped nervously.
Shivam: "B-But sir... the work here isn't done yet."
Advik leaned forward, his tone eerily calm.
Advik: "Who is the boss here—you or me?"
Shivam: "You, sir..."
Advik: "Then do as you're told."
