NADIA
"I am a Lutheran wolf," I blurt out the first thing that comes to my mind.
It is only after I spoke that I regretted it. Of all the lies I could have told him, I just had to choose a lie that would be extremely hard for me to follow through with. The urge to facepalm overwhelms me so much that I almost do it, but I simply clench my fist and give him a smile. If I try to change my earlier statement, he will most likely not trust anything I say again. Changing my words would make him know that I am lying.
I could have chosen any other type of special wolf, but I just had to be overambitious and choose the rarest and best special wolf of all time.
His eyes widen in shock and wonder, and he is watching me like I am the rarest gem in the world. Well, technically, I just said I am.
