Bella spent the afternoon in the kitchen, learning more about cooking European foods. She was determined to become a skilled chef, and she was grateful for the opportunity to learn from the experienced staff.
As she chopped vegetables and stirred pots, Bella chatted with the chefs and butlers, sharing stories about her own culture and traditions. Mrs. White, the head chef, listened with interest as Bella explained the different types of matooke and plantains that were popular in Uganda.
"You know, Bella," Mrs. White said, "you should consider opening a restaurant that serves African food. I'm sure it would be a hit!"
Bella smiled, feeling a spark of excitement. "That's a great idea, Mrs. White. I've actually been thinking about it. But I want to learn more about other African cuisines, not just East African food."
The staff nodded in agreement, offering words of encouragement. "We'd be happy to help you learn," one of the chefs said.
As the evening drew to a close, Hampton the Second announced that he would be leaving the next day to pick up Jr's mother from the airport. The girls lit up with excitement, asking when they would get to meet her.
Jr smiled, "Soon, girls. Very soon."
Bella smiled too, feeling happy for the family. She knew how much Jr loved his mother, and she was looking forward to meeting her.
After dinner, Bella and the girls headed to her bedroom, where they spent the evening playing and laughing together. Bella read them stories, and they giggled at her silly voices.
As the night drew to a close, Jr poked his head into the room, smiling at the happy scene before him. He watched as Bella tucked the girls into bed, her face glowing with love and kindness.
Jr felt a surge of admiration for Bella. She was an amazing woman, with a heart of gold. He was grateful to have her in his life, and he knew that he would do anything to make her happy.
As he closed the door and headed back to his own room, Jr couldn't help but feel grateful for the love and support of his family. He knew that he was lucky to have them in his life, and he cherished every moment they spent together.
