One afternoon, a girl wearing a fancy dress was sitting playing with her dolls alone in her room. She was waiting for the arrival of her mother who had not been seen since last night.
"Where's mom? Why haven't mom and Maria shown up yet?" she murmured in confusion.
She continued to sit and wait, until finally a teenage woman dressed as a maid walked into her room.
"Princess Seraphine," she called as she walked over in a hurry.
"Maria! Where's mom? Why isn't she here?" asked a confused Seraphine.
However, Maria was busy grabbing some items from the cupboard and placing them onto a cloth, before tying the cloth like a bag.
"We have to get out of here, princess." She pulled the red-haired girl's hand out of her room.
"Go? Go where? I want my mom, Maria! I want to see mom!" she said pleadingly.
"There's no time for that. We have to leave before it's too late!"
The servant woman forced Seraphine to leave as soon as possible.
