Champ's POV
"Touchdown!" Jiggs practically beamed with excitement. "According to my tracker, we've arrived at the right location."
Then, he turned to look at the rest of us in the backseat.
"Why do you all look like you just watched a suspense thriller? You're clinging onto your seats and gasping for breath!" He chuckled, amused.
"I thought we were going to die..." I rasped out, my voice barely working after enduring the hellish ride that Jiggs just put us through.
A ride so fast that I was pretty sure my soul had been left behind on the road.
"Relax! We've reached our final destination. Hehe!" Jiggs grinned. "I told you, I drive using virtual car racing techniques. This is nothing for me!" He sounded so proud. "See? We got here fast, didn't we?"
"That's because you don't know how to brake and just gunned it down the road! We're lucky we didn't get pulled over!" I huffed, shaking my head. "Wait a second—where exactly are we?"
I stepped out of the car, scanning our surroundings.
Since it was already nighttime, everything was pitch black. The only things visible were the towering trees and the sky, which was illuminated solely by the moon.
Jiggs hopped out as well, followed by the four Beta males.
"My tracker says that if we head west, we'll reach Deux's location," Jiggs informed us, staring at his phone.
"Then let's start moving," I decided.
"Uh, Master Champ?" Marsh suddenly spoke up.
"What about the unconscious Beta driver?" Daryl added.
"If we leave him behind, he might wake up and do something reckless," Gem pointed out.
"Yeah, Master Champ. I think we should stay behind and keep an eye on the car and the driver," Martin suggested.
They had a point. We didn't know the area well, and it would be dangerous if all of us showed up at once.
"Alright," I nodded. "Not everyone needs to go. It's safer that way."
"In that case since you suggested, Martin, you go with Champ. I'll stay here," Jiggs said and immediately tried to slink away, avoiding eye contact with me.
"Oh, no, you don't!" I grabbed his ear, making him yelp. "You're coming with me, Jiggs!"
"Why me?!" He nearly burst into tears.
"Because you brought all the 'just-in-case' equipment!" I shot back.
Jiggs let out a long, suffering sigh. He was trapped.
"Fine... I promised Deux I wouldn't leave you. And I'm your best friend. Through thick and thin, I'll stay by your side..." He placed a hand over his chest dramatically. "Who am I, after all? Just a humble Beta, ready to sacrifice himself—"
"Shut up and stop acting!" I snapped.
"Oh, come on! You have to admit, this feels like a movie moment!" Jiggs grinned. Then, he turned to the other Betas. "My taser's with you guys. If the driver stirs, zap him until we get back."
"Understood. We'll wait for your return," Marsh said.
"You guys be careful too. If anything dangerous pops up, don't panic," I warned them, and they nodded.
With that, Jiggs and I started moving toward Deux's location.
...
A few moments later, we crouched behind a massive tree, peering ahead.
There, in the middle of this secluded area, stood a huge building. It was the only one around, which meant Deux had to be inside.
Outside, ten Alpha males stood guard. I could smell their faint, distinct scent even from here.
"Champ! How are we supposed to get in?! Those Alpha guards are huge!" Jiggs whispered in alarm.
I fell into thought.
How were we supposed to enter?
"If we can't go through the front, we'll have to sneak in from the back," I decided. "Can you get a blueprint of the building?"
"I can, but it won't be easy. I need time to scan the area or try to hack their system to look for it," Jiggs muttered. "But I have a feeling... there might be a secret entrance. A backdoor, maybe."
That settled it.
To avoid attracting attention, we silently made our way around to the back of the building.
But once we got there...
"There's nothing here," Jiggs muttered, scanning the area.
No doors. No windows. Nothing but solid walls.
"Are you sure there's a way in?" Jiggs asked skeptically, pacing around.
"I'm certain," I said, examining the ground and walls closely.
Then—
My foot hit something.
"Jiggs!" I called. He hurried over. "Look at this. What do you think?"
We both knelt down. There, partially buried under dirt, was a metal handle.
We brushed away the soil, revealing a large iron hatch.
"Could this be... a secret tunnel? An emergency exit?" I wondered aloud.
"Seems like it," Jiggs agreed. He immediately yanked at the handle with all his strength.
Nothing.
"Champ! I think my arms are about to fall off!" Jiggs whined.
"Let me try," I sighed.
I gripped the handle firmly, took a deep breath, planted my feet, and—
With all my strength, I pulled.
Slowly but surely, the hatch began to budge.
"Champ! You're actually moving it!" Jiggs gawked. "Are you sure you're an Omega?! I've never seen an Omega this strong!"
"Shut up and stop yelling!" I grunted, straining.
And with a final, mighty heave, the hatch swung open.
I nearly collapsed from the effort.
"Let's go, Champ!"
"Wait! I need a minute," I panted, slumping against the ground.
"Fine, fine. I'll go first and check it out," Jiggs said. I nodded.
"Be careful," I warned.
The tunnel entrance led downward, with only a series of iron bars acting as a ladder.
Jiggs carefully descended, step by step.
"Champ, it's kind of hot down here... and it stinks!" he called up.
"Shh! Quiet! Someone might hear you!" I hissed, peering down.
Finally, after ten rungs, he reached the ground and examined the area.
"What do you see?" I asked.
"Just a hallway. It's dark, but there are some dim lights. No guards."
"Good. Wait for me, I'm coming down."
Before descending, I grabbed the hatch and quietly pulled it shut. We couldn't risk anyone finding our entrance.
Now, we had only one way forward.
Into the unknown.
...
As soon as my feet touched the ground, I realized Jiggs was right. A narrow passage stretched ahead, dimly lit by small lights embedded in the walls.
With no other option, we started walking.
(Sniff!)
"Do you smell anything, Champ?" Jiggs whispered beside me.
"Not yet. No scents nearby," I replied, my senses on high alert as we continued forward.
"What do you think this place is? Why is Deux even here?" Jiggs asked, his voice laced with curiosity.
"I don't know. But according to Council Jude, Deux came here to... create an heir with an Omega female," I muttered.
Jiggs gasped dramatically. "Wait. What if this is—" he paused for effect, "—an illegal Omega bar?! You know, a secret underground place where they sell Omega females! And since Deux is rich, he probably bought one. Maybe after he marked you, he grabbed your chest, realized it was small and not bouncy, and got disappointed—"
(SMACK!)
Without warning, I smacked him on the head.
"Even in this situation, all you can think about is nonsense!" I groaned.
Jiggs rubbed his head but continued, unfazed. "But seriously! What if the reason why you feel like he is calling out to you because—while impregnating his Omega female—he's moaning your name?!" Jiggs faked a passionate voice, "'Champ... Champ... Ohhh, Champ!'"
(SMACK!)
I elbowed him right in the stomach.
"JIGGS! Shut up!" I hissed, exasperated.
He groaned but finally decided to behave.
By now, we had reached the end of the tunnel.
A metal door stood before us.
Both Jiggs and I pressed our ears against it, trying to pick up any sounds from the other side.
"Champ, I hear something..." Jiggs whispered.
"What?" I asked, straining to listen.
"It's like... 'Toot toot! Teet teet! Beep beep!'"
"...What?" I blinked.
"Machine sounds! And... wait, there are people talking. They're saying science-y words," he muttered.
(Sniff!)
I took a deep breath, trying to detect if there were any Alphas behind the door.
"I don't smell any Alpha scents. Those voices must belong to Beta beings," I concluded.
Jiggs grinned. "So... what's the plan? Do we walk in pretending to be food and safety inspectors? Or maybe we just pretend to be one of them as well—"
"Jiggs," I interrupted. "None of your ideas are good."
He pouted as I scanned the door and noticed something—a tiny hole that allowed a sliver of light to shine through.
I pressed my eye against it and peeked inside.
"There are two Beta scientists in the room. They're working on a huge machine," I reported.
"Anything else?" Jiggs asked.
"No cameras. Just one exit—a single metal door," I added.
Jiggs wiggled his eyebrows. "So... what's the plan, Mastermind Champ?"
I took a deep breath. "Looks like I will be taking one of your ideas."
Jiggs gasped. "Food and safety inspectors?! YES!"
"No, lunatic!" I groaned. "We take them out, knock them unconscious, and steal their uniforms."
Jiggs grinned. "Perfect! Go do it, Champ!"
"...And what exactly will you be doing?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Watching. You know my fists are weak!" he laughed.
I sighed. "Fine. Here's the plan: I'll take them down. Once they're unconscious, you tie them up, blindfold them, gag them, and hide them so they don't alert anyone."
Jiggs saluted. "Roger that!"
We locked eyes, nodded in silent agreement, and took deep breaths.
Then—I carefully pushed open the door.
Creeeaaakkk...
A loud, high-pitched squeak echoed through the room.
Damn this rusty old door! They might have not used this exit for ages!
Both Beta scientists snapped their heads toward me, their eyes widening in shock.
"Who—who are you?!" one of them stammered.
I smiled. "That's not important."
One of them immediately bolted for the exit.
I lunged forward, grabbing him before he could escape.
But the second Beta scientist dashed toward the same door we entered from!
"Jiggs!" I yelled.
As soon as the scientist stepped outside—
(SMACK!)
Jiggs whacked him over the head with a baseball bat. The scientist collapsed like a ragdoll.
I blinked. "...Where did you even get that bat?"
Jiggs grinned. "Always gotta be prepared! It's inside my just-in-case bag!"
"Good work. Now tie him up!" I ordered.
Meanwhile, the Beta scientist in my grip struggled hard, trying to break free.
"You have two choices," I whispered darkly. "Option one: Get knocked out like your friend. Option two: Take a punch to the gut."
The scientist froze—and then promptly fainted from fear.
Jiggs cackled. "Well, that was easy!"
I dragged the unconscious scientist next to his friend. After tying them up, gagging them, and blindfolding them, we slipped into their uniforms.
"Alright. Now, we need to find Deux," I said, adjusting my disguise.
Jiggs gave me a thumbs-up. "Time for you to do your Omega sniffing magic!"
I rolled my eyes but focused. Taking a deep breath, I inhaled the air.
Now, it was time to hunt.
...
As we approached our next location, Jiggs and I stood frozen in disbelief.
"Champ... I thought this was supposed to be an illegal Omega bar..." Jiggs whispered, eyes wide.
"What kind of place is this?" I muttered, unable to look away from what was in front of us.
There were five massive water tanks.
But that wasn't the shocking part.
Inside each container were unconscious Omega females, submerged in water, wires attached to their bodies as if they were test subjects in some twisted experiment.
My hands clenched into fists, shaking with anger. This wasn't just unethical—it was inhumane.
Jiggs, noticing my reaction, quickly grabbed my wrist. "Champ, calm down. We don't know the full story yet. Let's find Deux first, then we'll figure out what to do," he whispered urgently.
I took a deep breath, forcing myself to cool down.
But how could I?
Who the hell would do something like this to Omega females?!
Deux... what the hell is going on here?
Before I could dwell on my thoughts further, a Beta scientist stormed toward us.
"What are you two doing?! Why are you just standing there?!" he snapped.
Jiggs didn't even flinch. Instead, he put on the most innocent face I had ever seen.
"Uhh... we had to take a dump. Apologies. We just finished, but our butts still hurt, so we're standing for a bit," he said with a straight face.
The Beta scientist looked disgusted.
"Get back to work! Make sure the Omega females are in stable condition and receiving proper nutrition!" he barked before gesturing toward an area where we were apparently supposed to go.
"Understood! Our apologies!" Jiggs and I replied in unison before quickly walking away.
...
"Alright, the mad scientist sent us here," Jiggs muttered as we stood in front of a chamber entrance.
The door slid open automatically.
And the moment we stepped inside—
"Champ... do you see this?" Jiggs breathed out as the door shut behind us.
I didn't answer.
I was too stunned.
Before us were ten glass cells.
Inside each cell, unconscious Omega females lay motionless, hooked up to machines monitoring their vitals.
Jiggs and I walked past each one, our gazes darting between the sleeping Omegas.
"This is beyond disgusting," I growled, stopping in front of a cell. My fists tightened as I read the label on the glass.
"Omega Female Experiment Number 547..." Jiggs read aloud.
Below the label, a document was taped to the glass. I leaned in, scanning the information.

I turned to Jiggs, disbelief washing over me.
"Is this what happens to Omega females in this facility? We can't just leave them here!" I said, my voice urgent.
Jiggs sighed. "I know, Champ. But now isn't the right time. We need to come back for them later."
I shook my head. "I can't just walk away—"
"Champ."
"What?" I turned to see Jiggs pointing at something.
A warning sign was posted on a door nearby. "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY. NO ENTRY BEYOND THIS POINT."
Jiggs grinned. "You know the rule, Champ. If a sign says 'Do Not Enter'..."
I sighed. "Then we enter?"
Jiggs chuckled. "Exactly."
I took a step closer—but then, I caught a scent.
(Sniff!)
"...Lavender?" I mumbled.
Jiggs raised an eyebrow. "You smell yourself?"
"No... but I don't smell Deux's vanilla scent either. Only lavender."
Jiggs smirked. "Well, only one way to find out!" He gestured toward the access code panel next to the door. "But we need a code to get through."
I placed my left hand on the keypad and tried entering the most basic code that came to mind.
0-0-0-0-0-0
ACCESS DENIED.
"Damn it! Jiggs, keep watch in case someone comes," I said, rapidly typing new combinations.
But instead of keeping watch, Jiggs was staring at my hand.
"Jiggs? What? Why are you still standing there?!" I hissed.
Then, out of nowhere, he grabbed my wrist and examined my finger.
"Jiggs, seriously?!" I snapped.
"Wait, Champ..." Jiggs muttered, eyes narrowing. "Did you ever notice what's engraved on your ring?"
I frowned. "What? You mean the Roman numerals? They're just a design."
Jiggs's eyes widened.
Then—his lips curled into a grin.
No—not just any grin.
A creepy, borderline psychotic grin.
"CHAMP. I REMEMBER THESE NUMBERS! Deux made me decipher these exact Roman numerals the other night!" Jiggs gasped.
I swallowed hard. We locked eyes.
"That means Deux entered this door using this code. He's probably inside right now!" Jiggs exclaimed.
"Do you remember the full code?" I asked.
Jiggs nodded excitedly. "Yeah! Hold on, I'll input it!"
While he typed in the numbers, I stood guard.
1-0-1-0-9
(Click!)
A faint unlocking sound echoed.
But—it wasn't the door in front of us.
"Shit! One more number, and we got interrupted!" Jiggs groaned.
The entrance to the Omega cells suddenly slid open.
We barely had time to react before a Beta scientist walked in.
"You two! You're done examining the Omegas, right?" he said gruffly.
Jiggs immediately straightened up. "Yup! All checked!"
The scientist scowled. "Then why do you look so pale? You see a ghost?"
Jiggs leaned toward me and whispered, "Yeah. Him."
I elbowed him.
"I don't like people slacking off!" The scientist fumed. "I'm separating you two. You can't seem to work properly when you're together."
This is bad.
"You!" He pointed directly at me. "Come with me. I'll assign you to a new station."
Jiggs blinked. "What about me?"
The scientist gave him a disgusted look.
"Just stay away from me. I can't stand looking at your face. You're annoying. I don't know who let you in here to work," the scientist snapped. "You! Handsome guy follow me."
I exchanged a glance with Jiggs.
"I got this. I'll scout the place and try to get a blueprint," Jiggs whispered, winking at me.
I nodded before following the scientist.
Time to improvise.
...
As we walked through the facility, I couldn't hold back my curiosity any longer.
I needed answers.
I just had to make sure my questions wouldn't raise suspicion.
"Pardon me, but... what exactly are these Omega females being experimented on for?" I asked carefully.
The Beta scientist shot me a look of mild confusion.
As if I should already know.
"As expected, you've forgotten your mission due to your carelessness!" he scoffed, irritated. "These Omega females have been carefully selected for their superior genetic qualities. They are preserved and enhanced to bear the future Alpha King."
I nodded slowly, keeping my expression neutral as I observed my surroundings.
"Take Master Deux, for example," the Beta scientist continued, snapping my attention back to him.
"The Alpha Prince..." I murmured.
"The Alpha King meticulously chose the Omega female who would carry Deux. In fact, Deux is the second son of the Alpha King. His firstborn failed to meet the King's expectations and was disposed of."
I felt my breath hitch.
Deux... had a brother?
A brother who was killed for not meeting expectations.
"And..." the Beta scientist hesitated for a moment, lowering his voice, "I fear that Prince Deux may suffer the same fate as his older brother."
A shiver ran down my spine.
"What do you mean?" I asked, my voice dangerously calm.
"The Alpha King is growing displeased with the Prince's defiance," the Beta scientist admitted. "Recently... Prince Deux broke into a restricted cell—one containing a failed Omega experiment. The very chamber you were in earlier."
"A failed experiment? The room with the access code?" I asked.
"That's correct," the Beta scientist confirmed.
"What does that mean?" I pressed.
"Behind that door is a highly dangerous Omega. One with exceptional genetic quality. The last of that Omega's kind."
My heartbeat stuttered.
"That Omega's bloodline traces back to a rare species that no longer exists today. The only one left, so we have to preserve that Omega as much as we can." the scientist continued.
We had arrived at another door.
The Beta scientist pushed it open slowly.
As the door creaked, he spoke his next words with eerie finality.
"The last surviving Omega male."
I froze.
But I wasn't sure why I was frozen—was it for one of two reasons, or both?
First, because this Omega male—this "failed experiment"—could only mean one thing.
My Omega mother.
Or—
Second, because of what I was seeing before me.
Deux.
Bound.
Weak.
His wrists shackled in electrified chains, sending violent shocks through his body.
I swallowed hard.
He was hanging limply, his body twitching as the electricity coursed through him.
Treated like an animal.
Punished.
My fists trembled with rage.
Tears blurred my vision—not from sadness, but from pure, unfiltered fury.
Then—Deux moved.
With what little strength he had left, he lifted his head...
And he smiled when he saw me.
(ZAP!)
A powerful jolt surged through his chains again—this time, rendering him unconscious.
"Deux..." I whispered, my feet already moving toward him.
"Wait! Stop right there!" the Beta scientist barked.
Before I could react, another voice rang out—urgent and alarmed.
"Sir! We have two intruders in the facility! We found two Beta scientists bound and stripped of their uniforms!"
The Beta scientist beside me stiffened. Then, realization dawned on him.
His eyes snapped toward me.
"Call in the Alpha males!" he ordered.
I didn't care.
I wasn't listening.
My focus was on Deux.
His weakened, pitiful state—it was breaking me.
Nobody shall dare do this to my Alpha!
How dare they shackle him like an animal? How dare they hurt him, torture him, humiliate him?
The rage within me grew. My breathing turned shallow and erratic, my chest tightening with an overwhelming sense of hatred.
Then—
The Alpha guards arrived.
Ten of them.
They surrounded me in an instant.
"Let him go!"
The words erupted from my throat like a battle cry, shaking the very air around me.
"Who the hell do you think you are?!" an Alpha snarled.
Without warning, he lunged—driving his fist straight into my gut.
(CRACK!)
Pain exploded through my torso. I stumbled backward, coughing up blood.
But the pain didn't matter.
What mattered was—
Deux.
Still suffering.
Still shackled.
Still alone.
Before the Alpha could react, I moved.
With inhuman speed, I grabbed him by the head— and snapped his neck.
A sickening crack echoed through the chamber.
Silence.
For a moment, everyone froze.
Then—
Panic erupted.
"CALL THE ALPHA KING! WE HAVE AN INTRUDER!" one of the Beta scientists screamed.
I heard another zap.
Deux's body jerked violently, his muscles spasming as another surge of electricity tore through him.
"ENOUGH!"
Something inside me snapped.
A raw, uncontrollable fury ignited within me, burning hotter than anything I had ever felt before. My pulse pounded like a war drum, my breathing sharp and ragged.
A primal energy surged within my chest, threatening to spill over—
And this time, I didn't hold it back.
I let it took over me and I lost control of myself.
...
...
...
Third Person POV
The world stopped in an instant. No one could move.
"W-wait... Why can't I move my body?" an Alpha male stammered, panic seizing his voice.
Their eyes widened, flickering between shock and terror. Muscles strained, yet their bodies refused to obey. It was as if an invisible force had wrapped around them, paralyzing every nerve, every limb.
And at the center of it all, Champ stood still.
His expression was unreadable, but his intent was clear—Death.
Retribution.
A fitting punishment for the suffering they inflicted upon Deux, his Alpha.
Then, as if controlled by an unseen puppeteer, they fell to their knees.
All of them.
Alpha males. Beta scientists. Every single one in his line of sight.
At that moment, Champ awakened a power that terrified everyone—the ability to seize control over other beings. A force that lay dormant within Omega males, only surfacing when their rage became unbearable.
This was the "Omega's Wrath."
And it had been unleashed.
Unknowingly, unconsciously, Champ had triggered it. His fury burned so intensely that the very air around him trembled, his hatred becoming a force no one could resist. And now, his enemies would suffer beneath its crushing weight.
Their hands moved. Not of their own will.
But by his.
Slowly, deliberately, their fingers curled around their own throats.
A strangled gasp escaped one of the Alphas as his grip tightened. Their bodies convulsed, eyes bulging as their own hands choked the life out of them.
Their breaths came in ragged, desperate bursts. They clawed at their own skin, but there was no escape. No control.
Only Champ's silent, unwavering command.
His gaze bore into them, cold and unrelenting. In his mind, their actions were unforgivable. What they had done—experimenting on Omega females as if they were mere test subjects, treating them like animals for the sake of the Alpha Kings—was beyond cruelty.
They deserved this.
One by one, they collapsed.
Their bodies fell limp against the cold floor, unconscious.
But Champ didn't stop.
He would not stop.
Not until every single one of them had paid.
A voice suddenly cut through the suffocating silence.
"Champ!"
A figure emerged—Jiggs.
The moment he laid eyes on Champ, his breath hitched. The fury in those eyes... This wasn't the friend he knew.
Champ wasn't seeing him.
He wasn't seeing anything.
Jiggs fell to his knees, his body surrendering to the same overwhelming force.
Confusion flashed across his face. "Champ?" he whispered.
Then, horror struck.
His own hand moved toward his throat.
"N-no...! Champ! It's me—Jiggs!" he choked out, panic creeping into his voice as his fingers tightened.
Champ didn't respond.
He simply stared.
Cold. Detached. Lost in the abyss of his own rage.
Jiggs's lungs burned. His vision blurred.
"Champ..." he wheezed, his lips turning deathly pale. "Wake up... It's me... your best friend..." His fingers trembled, desperate to break free from the invisible command, but his strength was fading.
Jiggs felt himself slipping. Dying.
In a last, desperate attempt, he screamed.
"Champ! Wake up!"
And in an instant—
Champ gasped.
His eyes snapped open, and for the first time, he truly saw.
The bodies.
The destruction.
And Jiggs, on the verge of death beneath his power.
...
...
...
Champ's POV
It was as if I had lost control of myself.
Everything blurred, my mind slipping into a darkness I couldn't grasp. The chaos around me, the suffocating silence—none of it mattered.
Until a voice—one I knew better than my own—screamed my name.
It snapped me back.
I gasped, my vision clearing, and in front of me lay a sight that sent ice-cold dread through my veins.
The Beta scientists and Alpha males—unconscious.
But then—Jiggs.
My heart stopped.
"Jiggs!" I screamed, falling to my knees.
His body was slumped forward, head hanging, breaths shallow and ragged. His skin—so pale. Too pale.
Panic clawed at my throat.
My hands shook violently as I stared at them—
Did I do this?
My stomach twisted, bile rising.
Am I a monster? Did I just try to kill my own best friend?
I looked around. This destruction— this massacre... it was all my doing.
The weight of it crushed me.
If this was what it meant to be an Omega male, nothing unlike an aggressive Alpha, then I wanted no part of it.
If this power meant harming everyone around me... If it meant killing the ones I love—
I would never use it again.
(Cough!)
A weak sound shattered my spiraling thoughts.
Jiggs coughed.
I exhaled sharply, my chest nearly collapsing with relief.
"Jiggs!" I choked out, my vision blurring with tears as I pulled him into a tight embrace.
He was alive.
Barely. But he was alive.
"Champ..." his voice was weak, barely a whisper.
"Jiggs, I'm so sorry! I—I didn't mean to! I didn't know what was happening!" My voice cracked, the weight of my own actions pressing down on me like an avalanche.
A soft chuckle left his lips.
Even now—even after nearly dying by my hands— he was still the same Jiggs. The one who never took anything seriously.
"Don't worry, Champ, I know you did not mean to harm me—I understand." he said with a crooked grin. "Still breathing... hehe. No matter what happens, we're best of friends. I got your back."
His words broke me.
I clenched my fists. "I swear—I will never let this happen to you again."
But Jiggs, ever pragmatic, had other things in mind.
"Right now, we need to move," he rasped. "Deux is here. We're at 70% of my plan." His tired eyes met mine. "69% once we get Deux out of here... and 70% once we're all in the getaway vehicle."
I nodded. No more hesitation.
I turned toward the holding chamber, where Deux was bound.
I moved fast, unlocking the chains around his wrists and ankles. His body sagged against mine. He was awake, he saw everything, but he couldn't speak. The electrocution had damaged him—probably left him partially paralyzed.
But I could still feel his breath against my neck.
Even if he couldn't speak, I knew he had something to say.
"I got you, don't worry, my Alpha." I murmured, shifting him onto my back.
Behind me, Jiggs struggled to his feet. Slowly but surely, his strength was returning.
"I managed to grab the blueprint of this facility," he muttered. "Now that I know the layout, we can escape faster." He turned to me, eyes sharp despite his exhaustion. "Follow me, Champ. I'll lead the way."
We moved.
Every second was a gamble. Every heartbeat felt like a countdown to death.
But just as we neared the exit, my steps halted.
Because in front of me—sealed behind thick, reinforced metal— was the chamber.
I knew what was inside.
I knew who was inside.
"Champ?!" Jiggs hissed. "We don't have time! We have to go before they wake up!"
"My mother..."
But I couldn't tear my eyes away.
Inside that chamber... was my Omega mother.
A sharp inhale sounded behind me. Deux.
His grip on me tightened.
He knew.
I clenched my jaw. "I know, Deux..." I whispered, swallowing the lump in my throat. "Thank you for bringing me here. And I'm sorry... I'm sorry you suffered because of me."
A hollow ache settled in my chest.
This was my chance.
A chance to finally see my mother, to finally be with him—
But then—
Footsteps. Voices.
They were waking up.
"Champ!" Jiggs snapped. "No time! We'll come back for your mother! But right now, we need to GO!"
I hesitated.
My mother was right there.
But so was Deux— beaten and barely breathing on my back.
Jiggs—who nearly died because of me.
And the Beta scientists and Alpha males? They were waking up.
I clenched my teeth.
Now wasn't the time.
"Let's go," I said, forcing myself to turn away.
Jiggs pulled me forward, and we ran.
We left behind the facility.
We left behind the Omega females.
We left behind my mother.
But—
We had Deux.
And for now, that was our mission. And we succeeded in saving my Alpha.
...
...
...
The cold fluorescent lights of the hospital hallway cast long shadows on the floor as I paced back and forth, restless and unable to shake off the overwhelming tension in my chest.
Jiggs watched me, leaning casually against the wall with his arms crossed, a small smirk playing on his lips.
"Which country are you on now, Champ? You've been walking in circles for ages," he teased.
I exhaled sharply, shaking my head.
Jiggs raised his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright, I'll keep my mouth shut. Guess this isn't the right time for jokes."
I turned to him, my expression solemn.
"Jiggs... I want to apologize again," I said quietly.
Jiggs groaned. "Champ, how many times are you gonna say sorry? I already told you—it's fine. We're all okay. We did it. I know you are yet to discover your potential. Most of all, we completed the mission." His grin returned, though his eyes softened. "And by the way, I already took care of that Beta staff driver. Told him he must've fallen asleep on the road and dreamed the whole thing. And guess what? That idiot actually believed me." He chuckled.
I managed a small smile and nodded.
Just then, the doors to the emergency room swung open, and Uncle Henry stepped out. His face was unreadable—serious, almost grim.
A sinking feeling gripped my chest.
"Uncle... how's Deux?" I asked, barely able to steady my voice.
Uncle Henry sighed. "Deux is resting now. I ran all the necessary tests. Luckily, due to his Alpha genes, his body is recovering faster than expected. But for now, his movements are still restricted—his muscles are temporarily paralyzed from the electrocution he suffered. It's a miracle he endured it as long as he did." He paused, his eyes softening. "Perhaps... it was sheer love that kept him going."
A breath of relief escaped me. My body felt lighter.
"Can I see him?"
Uncle Henry nodded. "He was still asleep when I left."
Jiggs nudged me playfully. "Go on, Champ. We'll be right here."
I gave them a grateful smile. "Thank you."
Then, I stepped inside.
The steady beeping of the heart monitor filled the quiet room. The air smelled of antiseptic, yet mixed with Deux's scent of vanilla, but all I could focus on was his figure lying on the hospital bed.
Deux.
Peaceful, as if in deep slumber.
I approached slowly, standing beside him. Gently, I took his right hand and placed it against my cheek, letting his warmth seep into my skin.
"Deux..." I whispered. "I'm here... no need to worry, My Alpha."
His fingers twitched slightly, and then—his eyelids fluttered open.
Drowsy, yet unmistakably aware.
When his gaze met mine, he smiled—soft, small, but real.
"Can you say that again, Champ? It feels so good to hear that you claim me as yours too," he teased weakly, his voice still laced with exhaustion.
"Don't make me feel embarrassed!" I murmured shyly, "Deux... how are you feeling?" I asked, my voice filled with concern.
He didn't answer. Instead, he simply closed his eyes again, his expression calm.
But I understood.
Even without words, I knew he was at peace. Because we were together again.
That realization sent warmth surging through my chest.
And then—I wanted to give him something.
A silent promise. A gesture of devotion.
I leaned down, closing the distance between us.
For a moment, I hesitated, taking in the sight of him—the person I nearly lost.
Then, I closed my eyes and pressed my lips gently against his.
It was soft. Tender. A kiss meant only for him.
A kiss I would give to no one else.
When I pulled away, Deux's eyes were open—watching me, unreadable, yet filled with something undeniable.
"A kiss on the lips, Deux," I murmured. "A promise of eternal love."
Then, I pressed another kiss to his forehead. "Rest now, my Alpha. You're safe."
I turned to leave, ready to give him the space he needed to recover.
But before I could take another step—
"Champ..."
I froze.
Turning back, I found Deux looking at me with a rare vulnerability.
"Deux?" I asked softly.
His lips parted, voice barely above a whisper.
"Stay with me... tonight."
His words sent a quiet tremor through my heart.
How could I ever say no?
For once—I didn't want to leave.
I didn't want to be anywhere else but by his side.
A small, genuine smile formed on my lips as I nodded.
I sat on the chair beside his bed, letting my fingers intertwine with his.
And as I sat there, watching over him, a warmth I had never known before settled deep within my soul.
Because tonight, I had my Alpha.
And tonight—I would share this feeling with him.

Third Person POV
The air in the grand chamber was thick with tension. The oppressive silence was shattered by the Alpha King's furious roar.
"What did you just say?! Two people infiltrated this facility and took Deux?! There's a lot of you here and they are outnumbered but got away?"
His voice was sharp, cutting through the room like a blade.
Before him, rows of Alpha males and Beta scientists knelt in submission, their heads bowed low. None of them dared to lift their gaze. None of them wanted to meet the King's terrifying, seething glare.
The weight of his anger pressed against their chests like a crushing force. His very presence exuded dominance and fury.
The Beta scientist leading the facility trembled under the scrutiny, his voice shaky as he tried to explain.
"F-forgive me, Alpha King... but one being... he was different."
The Alpha King's eyes narrowed dangerously.
"Different?" His voice was cold, edged with lethal curiosity. "Explain yourself. Now."
The Beta scientist swallowed hard, knowing that a single wrong word could mean his death.
"This Alpha possessed... an ability. Something unnatural." His voice was barely above a whisper. "H-he could control our bodies! Like the Failed Omega Experiment!"
A heavy silence followed.
The King's expression darkened. His hands tightened into fists.
"An Alpha... with the power to control others?" The words left his lips slowly, as if tasting something impossible. "No Alpha in existence had ever wielded such an ability. Only Omega males have this kind of power. Unless—"
A realization struck him like lightning.
His breath hitched. His sharp jaw clenched.
"Unless..." he murmured, voice barely audible.
The Beta scientist, still kneeling, hesitated before asking, "Unless what, Alpha King?"
The King ignored him for a moment, his mind racing, piecing together fragments of a long-buried truth.
Then, he inhaled deeply, regaining his composure.
"Describe this Alpha to me. His appearance. His form." His command was absolute.
The Beta scientist immediately complied.
"His skin was pale—too smooth, unlike the rugged complexions of most Alphas. His face... softer, less imposing, yet strangely compelling. His build wasn't as large as the others, but his strength... his speed... it was unnatural."
The Alpha King's breath stilled.
His thoughts aligned. His suspicions solidified.
A slow exhale left his lips before he whispered, "There's no doubt. I cannot be mistaken."
His piercing gaze flickered with something unreadable.
Then, in a commanding voice that sent chills down the spines of everyone in the room, he declared his decree.
"From this moment forward, I order the capture of this Alpha known as 'Champ.'"
A deadly silence followed.
Then, realization dawned on him fully—a truth buried in the past, now rising to the surface.
"Could it be?" The king whispered in his mind, "Could this Champ... be the son of Alaric and Voder?"
