Dorian's POV
My phone buzzed. Raven, my Beta.
"What did you find?" she asked
"She's at Celeste's cabin. With Elias.
"The Alpha who tortured her? Why would she—"
"Doesn't matter," I cut her off. "Get the pack ready. We move at dawn."
"Dorian," Raven's voice softened. "Are you sure about this? Using her to bring back Eva—"
"I'm beyond sure." I ended the call, not wanting to hear the doubt in her voice.
I opened the glove compartment and pulled out the old picture. Eva, smiling on our wedding day. Golden hair. Laughing eyes. Everything I'd ever wanted.
"Soon," I whispered to her face. "I promise."
I started the truck and headed back to my area. My pack thought I was obsessed with finding Amara because I wanted her as a second chance mate. They didn't know the truth. Couldn't know. They'd think I'd gone mad from sadness.
But I wasn't crazy. I had proof now.
